Jun 16,2024Workers were good. System communication was not. Texts not received or answered and no confirmation requests were received. Handy passed off the gig to Anji and that was weird.There was no way for the two assemblers to coordinate arrival time so one came at 11:40 the other 12:30. They were quick and Marcos showed me the way it would work. Now I have a bbq and no extra parts to wonder about if I had done it myself. Yay

Jun 15,2024Although your installer was great and did a great job, your company is a total bait and switch rip off, I bought an installation for a 55+ TV but was told that you wanted more money because my TV was a 75". That was never disclosed at purchase time. I had two choices pay for a second man for an added $100.00+ or help the one man do the job myself, which I had to do. Never again!!

Jun 12,2024Bizarre experience after a decade plus with Handy for home cleaning. I suddenly couldn’t book an appointment- it says we no longer serve your postcode. After three tries I got through to customer service and was told they no longer do the Uk at alll. Strange no message, no warning, nothing about this I can easily find online. Have switched to another service.

Jun 09,2024My cleaning professional was outstanding with her services and personal self. After showing her around and discussing some important things that I needed done, she informed me that her schedule was for 3 hrs vs the 4 hrs I had requested when cleaning service arranged. I persisted to repeat 4 hrs cleaning requested. I thought she would confirm it your scheduler but after 3 hrs, I was advised that she had to leave for her time was completed. I was very disappointed since most of her time was spent cleaning one bathroom, bedroom were we sleep and the 2nd bedroom used for stuff. Much of the downstairs, regularly used and seen by visitors, the den and kitchen were left undone. I did ask her to start clesning upstairs due to it's limited air conditioning but did not anticipate it to require 2 hrs. Bottom line, I want to no what happened to my requested 4 hrs and I want recompense for 1 hr owed.

Jun 16,2024I only gave 4 out of 5 because my pro was late 2 and a half hours but the job was done in a timely manner and he apologized for coming late. Job took about two hours to complete and the quality of the work was good.
