Jun 09,2024The installation people were awesome, but handy scheduled my installation before the TV delivery (and the TV delivery date never changed). They sent me links to manage a delivery that didn't work and it was literally impossible to create an account on their app. And forget calling them.

Jun 06,2024Put aside the whole day for the cleaning lady to come, cancel 30 min prior and reschedule another day we didn’t agree on. When she finally showed up she was almost 10 min late and she left 40 min early.. which left me with paying for one hour she wasn’t there at all…when you pay for 3 hrs you expect them to clean for 3 not 2. I contacted the costumer service and provided 29+ pics of the results.. just embarrassing.. unfortunately they could only provide me with a 50% refund.. which I think is not okey at all when the job hasn’t been done. Never again and will not recommend.

Jun 06,2024I was so surprised I could get someone scheduled so quickly. The website for the furniture assembly said it should take 2 people 4 hours. Eric did it by himself in 2 hours. Very considerate and super experience! I just asked for more help on some other things today.

Jun 05,2024I've used Handy for cleaning for over 8 years, and have loved it. The few times that I've had an issue, Handy has responded well. However, this time, I had a 4 hour move out cleaning followed up with a 2 hour since I wasn't done in the basement yet. Neither completed the job, especially the second one. When I let them know, I received an email saying customer service is of utmost importance, blah blah, blah, but no response to my request for at least a partial refund. Not even a no. I'm disappointed.

Jun 04,2024I won’t lie. The first experience was awful. We rescheduled and left early promise to come back never came back and threw away over $100 of food in the refrigerator. Don’t know if it was a mistake or what happened never received a call. Try to call her and no response !! Handy tried to make it better but having someone come days later and no one came again, I was about to give up , , but the third time was the best it was the charm !! Yaneybis was awesome !! and I guess I’ll stay with Handy
