Feb 05,2024Really had the best guy who assembled my bed and shoe rack. However, I am not sure I am happy to be asked to pay extra £120 on top again because the job took longer. Who pays £240 to have a bed assembled.

Feb 01,2024It's a hit or a miss when booking with Handy. I have found wonderful pros but also some pretty awful ones as well. I think the cancellation or rebooking fees are way too high. Things happen, like having a booking during a holiday, where you cannot have your regularly scheduled cleaning and I don't think you should be penalized for that.

He ran into a couple of issues but was able to fix them with what he had on in his van. Very friendly and knowledgeable with my appliance. He even showed me how to use it.
