Jan 30,2024The very first guy who came to my house was under the influence of drugs and begging for food. He did not know what he was doing, so we asked him to leave. The second guy you sent was okay and could effectively assemble the furniture. However, I will never use your services again because of the first young man and the type of people you employ. This is why I unsubscribed and will never recommend your company. DO NOT SEND FURTHER EMAILS - I AM DONE WITH YOUR COMPANY.

Jan 29,2024I will never use this service. Twice in the last month I booked a cleaner. The first one showed up 1/2 hour late and my kids could have cleaned better then this person. Very inexperienced could not speak English. When I spoke with someone from Handy they did give me a credit and told me they were going to re-schedule my cleaning with someone that had a 4.2 rating. The day comes for the person with a 4.2 rating that they never showed up. Totally unreliable and will never use again.

We offerred to reschedule, but she wanted to follow through on the scheduled appointment. Even with eveything going on, she did a great job and we have a beautifully cleaned home.

Jan 25,2024While my most recent experience was very positive, Handy as a business is a trash company. They will do whatever it takes to get payment even if the service is not up to par. If you have an item stolen you must go to a notary and submit a form to them in order to get reimbursed. Given a choice I would cancel my subscription today but unfortunately they tie you into a contract!

You charged me anyway and would not have reversed it had I not called. Your customer rep tried to blame me. She has no clue what she is talking about.
