Jan 14,2024The cleaner Oskar Umoinyang in London is either a scammer or the laziest person I've ever known (he's probably both). He turned up for a 4 hour deep clean, stayed in our home for 4 hours, but when we arrived home (we were away during the clean) nothing had been done, except bizarrely, he did bother to clean the fridge. Really weird.

Jan 12,2024The installation was rescheduled 5 times which was extremely frustrating since I had to hand wash the dishes. The only installer was very nice, but the microwave was not installed correctly as the door makes a loud noise at the hinge when you open it. We are also still waiting for someone to take a look at the dishwasher as flaps are sticking out of one side since the dishwasher is not exactly straight and the drain hose appears to be too long. The appointment to come fix this was just rescheduled for another two weeks out.
