Dec 29,2023What I needed most was help getting my 150 pound bed frame up the steps into my bedroom. I knew once there, I could probably put it together, but once again, I wouldn't be able to lift a 150 pound frame. Handy sent Anthony R, and he arrived 25 minutes early and was very kind. He was able to assemble the adjustable bed frame and put the mattress on it in just over 30 minutes. He removed all the trash on his way out. I'd use Handy and specifically Anthony again if the need arises.

Dec 27,2023Only one of the two required technicians showed up, so the work wasn’t completed. Still waiting for my refund which apparently takes 4+ weeks (not days like everywhere else). Would never choose this service at the checkout from crate and barrel again.

Dec 27,2023I guess third time is the charm, I had a coupon last month and scheduled a pro to come, they never showed, then Friday I had a pro come, took one look and turned back around and left, today the lady showed up on time and cleaned my kitchen for 3 hours. She did a great job 👍
