Lauren Frampton has been brilliant since the day I received her as a dental educationalist! She has provided me with all the support possible and would always update me with everything. I have never received this amount of support and motivation from any other dental educationalist. She’s truly a star. So therefore I would like to thank you so much Lauren, you’re an amazing dental educationalist and you’re always very positive!

Having Clare Peace as my new consultant renders me thrilled. With my last one, which I would like to keep confidential, I experienced literally no luck nor much support. But, Clare literally accelerated the process for me, scheduling interviews for me to attend just three days after I was assigned with her, which was a huge relief. Since I haven't yet run into any problems with the company, I feel pretty at ease speaking only good things about them. I look forward in beginning my dental-nursing apprenticeship with the company.

Amy was very well spoken and came across as a comfortable individual to talk to. She was attentive in asking if I had any questions and queries on multiple occasions. Clearly knows how to converse.

Do not get a private dental nursing course with this company. They call you and treat you well giving 100% effort before you sign a contract and pay them monthly, absolutely promising you everything for them then to force you to give them a 5 star review on tripadvisor, because if you dont they will not give you the next steps to your course. Following that no replies on their emails no effort, its been a year and they still havent helped me if finding a dental nurse job to complete my course no replies on their emails.. Then to say if i cancel my D&D i will have to pay the full amount which is literally like a few grand..

I have recently completed an assessor course with Harriet Ellis. The course itself was fine and had no issues. But since I have qualified there’s been no contact in regard to receiving my certificate. I have no waited 4 months for my certificate and sent numerous emails and phone calls and still no response from Harriet Ellis. I am waiting to start a job and I cannot start it till I get my certificate. I wouldn’t recommend this course due to the poor communication and no help when finishing the course. I have paid for the course so you would think they would be more considerate and helpful.

Throughout my apprenticeship I was threatened around three times to be chucked off the course. Somebody from the head office at Harriet Ellis rung me and shouted at me for not being able to attend one online lesson. I had three dental educationalists in two years. I was expecting somebody to come in and observe me at work 4 times and all 4 times, nobody showed up. I was told so many times that I would be finished with my apprenticeship “next month” but I ended up finishing 6 months after I was supposed to. I was messed about 4 times with my end point assessment. The first time they wouldn’t accept my passport? The second time they double booked two assessments at the same time so I wasn’t able to do it. The third time they said my microphone wasn’t working but it was a problem on their end. The fourth time I booked it they cancelled it. The fifth time I managed to do it, but I had to wait around 40 minutes longer while they sorted out a technical issue on their end. Harriet Ellis don’t seem to have good communication with city&guilds because the assessor arrived when I was supposed to take my other assessment at the same time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM 1 star is way too much for this agency. Avoid at all costs. I purchased a higher education course from them and I paid a 400-pound deposit. After they sent me the link I thought I could access the course I was paying for but no I had to send them my documents which had to be verified first and then I could access my course. So you have to pay first and then they verify your Identity and it took them three days to do so. When I finally was able to access my course I had to send two tasks in a week, the induction videos were not clear at all. You had to access a student hub portal which was not working and I had to send the tasks to another platform that had to send me the login details, It has been two weeks almost and I haven't received that email yet. Everything is very confusing and disorganized they take days to reply to your email. I requested a refund after a few days and I was still under the 14-day policy, usually every agency gives you back all the amount but not them, they will keep 50% for the administration charge, what is that ?? What for? taking my money and providing a poor service ?? that is the fee for ?? Plus they make refunds every two weeks so they will take your money straight away, provide poor service and then they will issue a 50 % refund whenever they want. This is not worth 2000+ pounds. This agency is a SCAM, no one should enroll with them.
