Mar 28,2022This course is an absolute shambles. I advise you do not spend your money on them and take it else where and hopefully you will actually get training and support. I have been on the course for a year. Handed in all 11 workbooks on time to the deadline and attended all my lessons on time (even though the lessons were awful and just a PowerPoint read aloud). If only the tutors could be on time back. They threaten to kick you off the course if you do not hand your work in on time or if you are late to lessons - how about the tutors actually do some work and give back my workbooks on time. I have had 2 workbooks back in the space of 12 months. 2 out of 11. So my progress is 11%. A girl I work with has been on the course 6 months less than me and she is on 15% progress. So she is ahead of me. I have been punctual and hard working the whole time and I have been treated awful. I complained that my workbooks aren’t back and then suddenly someone can mark them in 1 day but that’s great Cus now I have 8 workbooks to re submit that I have done over the past 12 months so can’t remember any of the work and 2 weeks to get 8 workbooks back!! Aswell as working full time!!! If I got kicked off the course for writing this it would do me a favour so I wouldn’t have to put up with the stress and upset this course has caused me any longer. If you want months of stress, terrible training and disappointment then give them your money.

Mar 16,2022I worked with Ellie Holland, her telephone manner was kind and understanding. She responded to emails in a timely manner, I never had to chase up a response. Ellie also always followed protocol or the procedure she was trained to do by asking if i consent to the GDPR despite having spoken to me more than twice on the phone. This provided me with reassurance.
