Feb 17,2025We are so saddened,this will probably be the last time we book with Hays Travel. We changed our destination from Lanzarote to Zante with TUI.Not only were we charged £750 as a live price difference (????) we were also charged the £100 admin fee.When i pointed out that we had been charged twice for out seat allocation i was told this was the difference in price from when we first booked.What a load of RUBBISH,£120 for seats.Mind you its better than the first option we were given,Cancel our holiday and re-book, "I know you will lose £400 but then you won't have too pay the admin fee etc etc.I checked with my local TUI branch and they said if we changed destinations we would only pay admin fee of £100. Regards Wow £50 off,which i refused.Still can't seem to grasp that i am paying £56 for seats that i wont be using.Bet TUI wont give someone free seats"here you are sir, some mug has already paid for them".I have never,ever been on a holiday website where i have got to the last page too find it is approx £850 dearer.
