Erin was extremely patient and polite.very professional.She found us a hotel that catered to all our needs. We have flights with our favourite airline jet 2 so we are not anticipating any problems.

The lady who served us was lovely she just got a lot of things wrong by giving us someone else’s paperwork telling us we had to pay a deposit and the balance by the 4 th March then as it was going through said we had to pay the full amount then and there which was quite hard to do juggling money about £3200 is a lot to find it’s only because it’s a special birthday that I didn’t walk out I’ve used you previously and never had problems

I always receive excellent service from all the staff at Hays in Knaresborough but Emma as always goes above and beyond. I do quite a lot of research prior myself but always trust Emma’s opinion on holidays. She’s always efficient and on the task in hand, researched various hotels, areas and best flights for me , input her expertise and knowledge and promptly provided her findings for me to complete our booking.They are a great friendly team in Knaresborough and provide the best service.
