I reached out to see if I could add something into my previous order before it got shipped out, I didn't want to have to pay for shipping again. Jess reached out much faster than I expected, help me walk through what item I needed and helped me waive the shipping fee through check out even when the system was giving us problems. Amazing service!

Very prompt reply that adressed the problem i was having with the product is what after sales service is all about , Jim knew straight away what the issue was just by my description and offered a solution that fixed the issue straight away….

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Constantly getting back to me right away and helping me with my problem. I got a wire/cable wrapped in the machinery and they were patient and helpful with explaining to me how to go about taking things apart and what tools I need and they are sending me a new cord/cable since mine was ruined. Very happy with Hismith. Better yet I bought my machine off of Amazon and they still help and honour the warranty. Thank you for all of your help!

I had a couple of queries after buying the machine, one relating to an attachment I bought and another relating to an issue with the machine itself. In both instances, the customer service support (in particular Jim!) has been excellent. I have received a quick reply, solid advice and a proposed solution for the machine issue itself. It’s been a really positive experience!

Fast shipping. Solid product. Very nice package. Worked with us when UPS tried to tell us we were being scammed, when in all truthfulness, UPS couldn't read their own tracking info.

I've had my machine for approximately 2 years and have truly enjoyed every minute of it. Unfortunately, the past couple of weeks I found that it was malfunctioning. I emailed customer support and from my description of the problem, they sent me information on how to rectify the problem. I'm overjoyed to say that it worked. Moral of the story: keep the sliding block greased using the product recommended in the Q&A page on the Hismith website.

I just placed an order so obviously haven't received the products yet. I did have questions for the online support and they were very kind, helpful, and accommodating with my request. Can't wait to get it and try it out.

This is my first review for a product of this nature, so I find myself at a loss. What can I say? The packaging was great, discreet as promised. The storage bag and molded foam inserts for the machine's pieces are fantastic, and the machine itself and all attachments are top quality, very sturdy and smartly engineered. I think the best compliment I can give is to say that although the machine itself was super quiet, I most definitely wasn't. 10/10 would buy again.

I originally wrote a review (which I’ll be repeating a bit here) on Amazon.com where I bought their product originally from. (Amazon.com shipped it, hismith was the 3rd party seller, and this review is only about my customer service experience with hismith.com) The customer service I received through hismith.com was genuinely amazing so I had to share here since it was a company I took a leap of faith on and had never heard of it before. In my case the reason why I had contacted customer service in the first place was due to me receiving a defective machine. Its my opinion that you can fairly judge a company a lot based on how they resolve issues. At first I was really worried I’d be stuck with an item I’d just have to throw away and considering I spent over $500 on it that loss was going to hurt bad. Thankfully, to my surprise not only was their customer service easy to get ahold of but they were also very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I think they may even be available 24/7 considering I contacted them very late in the day. If you’re anything like me I get a bit nervous trying out a new company I know nothing about. With that being said I can confidently recommend hismith.com for being a reputable company but also have wonderful customer service. If you’re interested in buying from them then I highly recommend making a purchase because on the off chance you do receive a defective item like I did I’m sure you’ll have a very positive experience and resolution in the end. Special thanks to Jim! He was very professional and helpful for something I was initially a bit embarrassed and hesitant about receiving help for. ❤️

I have been a customer with HISMITH for the past 4 years and during this time I have purchased many devices and/or attachments from HISMITH.com. As customers we always have a choice who to do business with and in my experience HISMITH has been an excellent company to do business with as they produce and deliver excellent products and excellent support. During the many times that I have purchased items from HISMITH there has never been a problem in which I did not receive an item. When I have received my items they were always packaged very well in a cardboard box and HISMITH has never disappointed me but always exceeded my privacy concerns as there is nothing visible that indicates its contents from the exterior of the box even when it shipped from China. Upon opening the box to inspect its contents then each item has always been wrapped in a grey plastic wrap or styrofoam to take the extra care to ensure those items were protected and again not visible to anyone other than me the purchaser. Every time when I received a new device or attachment I felt like a little kid on Christmas day opening the box and unwrapping the items. When I have used the multiple machines and/or attachments they have all exceeded my expectations except for one item that it no longer held its charge but everything else was in great condition and/or mechanically worked. During the rare or few times that I have reached out to HISMITH for tracking information they were always very helpful and/or responsive and just to give a very nice shout out to JESS in HISMITH support she has always been very kind and helpful in going the extra mile for customers like me. Thank you Jess and HISMITH.

The machine didn’t work properly when it first arrived. They assured me this was not typical. After some troubleshooting they replaced the machine with a new machine by fed-ex quickly. The new machine works flawlessly and we are very pleased. Thank you Jim at HISMITH!

The machine is well made and I recommend this company. We had a problem with the wire on the controller and it took awhile to figure it out. It was totally our fault. We needed to replace the controller we inadvertently destroyed the first time we used it. The quick response from Hismith was appreciated. The company stepped up with a partial voucher and expedited shipping at no additional cost. So easy to work with. I am not so tech savvy and the customer support made all the difference.

I've purchased several devices, attachments and accessories from this company. There have been a few issues with an item or two, however, customer service has been responsive in correcting the issues, and I have seen a continued trend from an engineering and manufacturing standpoint to continually improve the product quality, and fix found issues, rather than continuing to sell products with defects or that need improvement, which I applaud from a business. The devices and attachments have been well manufactured, and of a quality equal to or above what I was expecting, and I have no complaints about the products or services I've received, other than a few issues with shipping times, etc, which are mostly out of the companys hands.

Beware of this seller. Ships to the wrong address not listed in the order and then blames you for telling UPS the wrong address when it’s them. On top of that they take 80$ from my refund and call it operations fee. These guys are a bunch of thieves.
