Asked for a refund and they won't give it back, at all. I paid through PayPal with a card and have asked for a refund. A few days pass and they finally respond to the live chat and say they will refund me the following week. Guess what, the following week comes and total silence. I sent them a payment request via PayPal and they won't respond to that either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I tried using their chat on their website and was directed to send an email to service at hismith.com which I did with no response. Starting to wonder if i should just cancel my order and dispute the charges.

I placed an order on January 26th and never got a shipment notification. After reaching out to the company a few times, I'd given up on any kind of communication and assumed the package was lost. The package arrived today, thankfully, but I'm really not impressed with customer service.
So I made this review 2 weeks after ordering and after 2 unaswered emails and I gave it 1 star. I'm now giving you my update as I have gotten my order and also was able to contact customer service. So for my case I never got any confirmation or tracking number before I asked for it myself. This really sucks since after payment you have no idea if your order being worked on or has been shipped. For my part this whole 1 star review would have never been made if I had gotten email saying: your order has been received and you get your tracking number when we ship it. After 1 weeks of nothing I send 2 emails to service email for Hismith.de which is the site I ordered from. I never got any reply from this email, I suspect it is not used. After those email I contacted service email of hismith.uk and got a reply in 24 hours and was provided tracking number good customer service and a tracking number. Week after this order arrived since it had been in shipping already. Just a tip for Hismith, make a automated service that send out emails after recieving order and after shipping it out with tracking number. Also if you have service emails listed on your site make sure you also have someone to read them and reply. Since you have polite customer service make sure your buyers can easily reach it. My order had everything I ordered also I do think the machine and the attachments are very good quality. I'd recomend getting the spring attachment. I would give the products 4,5 stars, taking away half star because of the high price. Customer service I would rate at 3 stars, since after I was able to get in touch they were professional. After all this I'm giving it 4 stars, could have been 5 if I had not had the problems with customer service.
Made an order on the 2nd February and paid for the faster express delivery only to find when I went back to the live chat they are saying no shipments will be sent out until the 20th! No refund for my express delivery charge. I can never get hold of customer service when I need them. The website is very miss leading and products with certain features are not very well advertised. You get no updates on delivery and find yourself chasing up your order to little it no response. Order has not been shipped out, sent out and I have spent over £1000 won't be using them again and if it does not turn up soon I will seek legal advice.
Customer service is fantastic. I was having a bit of trouble installing (mostly due to my own ineptitude) and I spoke with Jess from their customer support team. Jess went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos of the pieces I needed to install. So impressed with the quick response time and thorough assistance. Would definitely work with Hismith again.
I love my Hismith premium machine! It's well-built and does exactly what I need it to. One of the washers on the adjustable leg clamps was warped on arrival, but customer support is replacing it at no cost I can't say enough good things about this company!
To all other potential customers, let this be the warning that saves you. Hismith is in fact a scammer website. With multiple accounts of faulty products, deceptive customer care interactions, dishonorable warranties, and no refund policies to protect consumers. I myself am a victim of this and urge you to please take all necessary action to take this company/website down. There's simply no other explanation for conducting "business" in the absurdly unprofessional manners they've clearly displayed numerous of times. They need to be continuously reported to The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) to build a well compiled case. If you have unfortunately been a victim, please add your reports with all transactional details as evidence against Hismith or any other international website scam, please report it through IC3 . Gov to aid in further investigations and preventative measures.
I gave a wrong mailing address, my fault and the customer service agent corrected it and added expedited shipping to boot. Excellent service 5 stars
Zero contact about shipping or tracking information. When contacting customer service no agents are ever available. I finally got my product and it had parts missing. Still waiting for someone to contact me about it. Terrible customer service. For something that is over $500 I would expect it to come with all of the parts and it working properly. When someone finally contacted me they wanted me to take a picture of the missing part! Like if I had the part I wouldn’t be contacting you. Ridiculous.
The real deal! drooling in pleasure. Well built, nicely packaged with a travel case, powerful and quiet motor, first time using kliclok system, very slick to use. had good experience contacting their customer service, they were fast and helpful.
Love the machine. One of the metal brackets broke waiting on the part so I can continue to enjoy it. Fun for solo play or together.

The first & hopefully the first online SCAM I’ve ever fallen for!! As disappointed as I am in the product I am even more disappointed in the company! These toys are cheaply made, the products are not at all like they seem online.... very very very poor quality. They change hundreds for things that are very cheap quality & very very cheaply assembled!! On top of that they’re expensive, overpriced, unresponsive & extremely predatory in the way they market at you and offer you things for writing them a good review. Is it a coincidence that every good review online all have the same name Jess??? There is no Jess! I have sent some 12 emails/chars since I bought my device SEVEN MONTHS AGO back in May of this year! I have not got one response, other than “ No Agent Available Right Now. Sorry about that. Leave us your email and we will contact you as soon as possible.👋😀🙂” No matter what time of day/day of week or whatever tab say their response is always the same and still. Not a single email had been returned. I have sent emails from multiple addresses just to be sure that they are in fact liars and con artists!! They only respond to negative reviews on average 1 per month! And they always say the same response. “We don’t have any emails for you, we’ve contacted you directly”.... More lies & before they lie and say that I never sent and correspondence and that they did respond. Be advised I have A TON OF SUPPORTIVE DOCUMENTATION. I desperately wish there was a way to sue you all and get you all to pay back all the people you have ripped off!! I’m wishing for a class action lawsuit for Christmas and I can’t wait for you all to go out of business!!!!

No help.. motor went on machine and no help in replacing the motor under warranty..I’ve sent video of the unit not working ..dissatisfied with everything..they tell u to write them great reviews..as soon as I did they never return my emails ..just ignore me ..

Feb 23,2021Have owned a Hismith machine for roughly 2 months & have had a mixed bag of dealings with them in regards to customer service. Let’s walk through them: 1.) After receiving the machine had a few minor issues getting it connected to the app & browser extension. Customer service helped adequate & relatively promptly. 2.) The app’s server unexpectedly went down (the first time), or so I was told, and wouldn’t connect. Customer service was less than helpful relaying this information to me. 3.) Frequent Buyer points/credits disappeared or “expired” customer service was very helpful in restoring them for use. 4.) Both T-Braces broke & upon emailing customer service to inquire about the warranty etc was asked to write a review regarding the quality of their customer service before they’ll send out replacement parts. Overall my impression of Hismith’s customer service is adequate at best when it will benefit them not the customer.
