Sep 26,2024Have to say first, my review was soooo close to being a 5, as the quality of the product is, in my opinion second to none. The fabric is beautiful, blinds (Roman x2) made so each edge is finished at the same place on the pattern so they are perfect to look at. The fitter was so friendly, chatty and made a quick and perfect job when he arrived. My only negative is with communication… sadly the sales rep who came to measure, did not check the email I gave him as he had written it down totally wrong. The confirmation for date and time of fitting never got to me and I would have missed the guy totally had I not happened to call only the day before! Cannot fault anyone I spoke to however as all so helpful and friendly. Just a minor mishap really. Would go back for more blinds, maybe pricey but you get what you pay for which is huge choice and great service (just check spellings lol)

We booked our appointment in the Galleries store, the guy came out on the Thursday and we had the blinds fitted 2 weeks later. The quality of the product is fantastic so overall a fantastic service which we will be using again.

Sep 25,2024Blinds fitted last Monday but unfortunately the main living room blinds didn't fit as the company measurements were incorrect. I was told this would be fast tracked and have had to ring three times to get any update! Now one week later I have been given a date of the 15th October for refitting the replacements! Again I have put the old fitting back up. It doesn't get any better 🤦♂️

Sep 20,2024I’m really pleased with my new blinds, they have really helped to add the finishing touch to my new home. The roller blinds with the alternating solid and see through material limits the view into the room whilst still letting in enough light to see clearly what you are doing and let you see out, a light pull on the cord gives total privacy. My wood effect Venetian blinds mean that I don’t need to keep my curtains closed to stop the glare on my tv. Both the measurement visit and the installation visit were also an excellent experience, with a knowledgeable rep/fitter who offered advice on what would work well with my decor. Thank you for the great customer focused service, I would definitely recommend to friends and family who are looking for blinds.

Sep 20,2024Great service and good quality products. Estimate was given quickly with a choice of styles and colours, I was given a fitting date at the same time. You can either pay with a deposit or in full by card or cash when getting the estimate. On the day of fitting I was sent a text giving me a time slot, the young lad who came was friendly and explained everything he was doing. It took no more than 15 minutes for one wooden blind to be fitted and he showed us how to use them correctly.

Sep 17,2024Ordering was straightforward and delivery date was two weeks. However, the fabric was not in stock so two week delay, partly due to us being on holiday for a few days. Fitter arrived yesterday, was polite and extremely efficient. Thoroughly delighted with the product.
