This company are a disgrace. They have been out to my home several times as my order was wrong. After a month they still can’t get the measurements right. After complaining I was offered a £10 good will what a joke. I’m taking this further and warn anyone else not to go with this company 😡

The man that came to fit the blinds today was very quick and friendly. Came earlier than expected, and didn’t take long to fit all. The blinds look amazing. Fantastic service.

I have had 3 houses fitted with blinds off Tony from Homefair blinds, from perfect fit blinds, blackout verticals and blackout rollers. All of which have been great. I've recently just had fitted shutters fitted to my business premises and they look absolutely beautiful. So tidy. Such good quality. Thankyou

I had my venetitian blinds installed by homefair. At the time i was very happy with the work. I then noticed that the slats on one of the blinds were bowed. I rang numerous times and was told that someone would contact me but no one did. I was then told to email and someone would get back to me but again no one did. I have since noticed that alot of the slats are filthy and the bottoms have stained my window sills and these will need repainting. This is not what i would have expected and the after service has been terrible!

Had blinds fitter recently amazing service, from enquiring to fitted first class service, customer focused I am very happy with the service will definitely use again and highly recommended , must mention Joanne as she handled my order and was brilliant , friendly very professional and informative

Vicki has been so helpful with my query, consistent and efficient. She kept me in the loop and managed to source some clips for my blinds that had broken off with age. She went above and beyond to be honest! Also I wouldn't use any other company for my blinds.

I would like to thank the two guys who came to measure for blinds, they were both so friendly and polite, I then had to call the office to confirm something, Trudy was so helpful and patient. Not an easy thing to be left in charge by your wife, but Trudy got me sorted, and my wife was pleased. They are all a credit to the company Thanks

Today we had Phil out to measure and provide quote on options available for our windows, very informative as I asked lots of questions about styles, mould and condensation concerns, wear and mechanisms. We have opted for 3 blinds for the front of the house and I spoke with Joanne at customer services to pay the deposit, she was friendly, helpful and offered a quick delivery date. Really happy with service and price so far and can’t wait to have new blinds installed.

When walking in the store a lady called trudy explained about the types of blinds . The lady never rushed me and was very profesional i bought my blinds and i will be back the service was fantastic thank you trudy

I paid a fortune for blinds and fitting across my home 6 months ago. Today, one has fallen down, the bracket and plugs came out of the wall and the blind smashed on top of an expensive vase underneath. After calling my local store in Bishop Auckland, I was given the whole spiel about head office contacting me in the next week and that it was certain I wouldn’t be refunded a single penny. I didn’t realise expensive blinds were only supposed to last 6 months? The lady on the phone who I spoke to in my local store seemed to be arguing with me and did not once apologise for the whole ordeal. This is shocking customer service in my opinion. Within the 6 months since using Homefair, I found a cheaper alternative online, Blinds2go, whereby you need to fit them yourself. These blinds were fitted by myself and being a 28 year old girl who watched a YouTube video having never drilled into walls before, I’m proud to say I’ve done a better job. Do not waste your money buying these blinds. This shop space in town would probably be more beneficial as a charity shop. UPDATE Since writing this review I’ve been in touch with Customer Services. Promptly, a fitter came this morning only 3 days after they fell down and successfully refit the blind, it’s got a few dents from its fall but they’re unnoticeable fortunately. More holes needed to be drilled to ensure it was secure this time, I provided filler to fill the old holes. The fitter who came today was 5*. Unfortunately, due to this inconvenience, I still won’t be using Homefair again nor will I be recommending them.

Massive thanks to Adele & Joanne in the Seaham industrial estate. My mam took my blind in today with her been based in Seaham as I’m in Cramlington. Completed the work whilst mam was there , packaged up within a very short time frame. Mam said they were great unfortunately she’s not computer literate. Thanks girls 5*

I've just had 7 powered blinds and 2 wooden venetians fitted, and am completely satisfied with all aspects of Homefair's service. From start to finish, the staff and management have been a joy to deal with. Knowledgeable, efficient, accessible, helpful, up-beat, and polite. Whether it be Trudy and Joanne in customer service, Phil who came to measure up and price the job, Kieron who fitted everything, or Chris who oversaw the whole job from a management perspective, everyone has done themselves proud and been a credit to the company. I'd whole-heartedly recommend Homefair to anyone, and will doubtless be dealing with them again in the future.

The fitter left our house after fitting 3 blinds leaving problems behind. He: 1. Cracked a tile, pulling it away from the ceiling while fitting a blind in the toilet. 2. left the above blind fitted badly so that it didn't hang straight with a gap at the ceiling because of the problem he had fitting it. 3. fitted blind in bedroom too close to window handles so that it clashed with them when opening and closing. 4. left drilling dust and swarf in each room. 5. left the packaging material all around the house. On the floor, kitchen bench etc Fitter left without telling me about the cracked tile or badly fitted blinds. He just asked for money. After complaining another fitter was sent called Peter. He said he had been asked to match the tile and grout. He said, and we both agreed that it could not be done. I said refit as best you can on the condition someone rings me to discuss compensation for the damage. He agreed. No one has contacted me. I contacted HomeFair again and still no one has contacted me back. We won't be using Homefair again. Poor quality, fitting and customer service. They damaged our house and have ignored our requests to sort the issue.

They got my order wrong. Don’t reply to emails. No communication between staff customer care is really poor they don’t ring back when they say they will give you a date to say when you’re order will be fitted and then ring you a couple of days beforehand to say my order going to be delayed and they still have not resolved my issues a month later. they have now fixed all my blinds and all so gave me a discount for all the inconvenience and time it tucked to fit them

Recently had my blinds fitted by homefair blinds. The process was very quick and efficient aswell as the end product being exactly what I wanted.I couldn’t ask for much more. Brilliant customer service and all for a good price.will certainly be recommending homefair to my friends and family

Tremendous service. 8 roller blinds for conservatory fitted in just 3 weeks from initial appointment. Exactly what we wanted at very reasonable price. Thanks especially to Trudy & also Joanne at Sunderland HQ & to Kelly at Chester-le-St branch & Dave & Phil the excellent reps & to Lee who did fitting. All so friendly, helpful & efficient. Really went the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Terrible service from this company I'm only giving this company one star because I can't give them zero. Went ot one of their shops and booked a measurement appoinmtment. The rep came out and measured up giving me a quote. Phoned to book an installation and was given a date when they would come to fit the blinds. This took a couple of calls but they agreed a date. I took time off and when they didn't turn up I called to see what was happening. They told me there was no appointment and the blinds hadn't been booked. When I asked why they had no response other than I should have got the appointment in writing. I arranged another time and askjed them to send me it in writing. They didn't. So i called them to arrange when they were coming out to fit the blinds and I heard nothign until they texted me the dat before. Luckily I was able to take the time off and so waited for the fitter to arrive. He turned upwith 2 blinds when we had ordered 3. Apparently the shop had cancelled on of the blinds. Never spoke to the shop and didn't understand why part of the order had been cancelled. had they sent me the order in writing as they suggested and as I had asked then this would have been picked up. Called the company and asked them what had happened (on Friday) and again they said they woudl call me on Monday. It's now thursday and I'm still waiting. Terrrible company, terrible customer service

Lovely products and a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted on arrival in the seaham store with a big smile from the assistant Joanne. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Friendly staff, good customer service and great blinds. Will recommend to friends and family.
