Homefair blinds came to fit 4 blinds 06/01/23. There were marks to one of the blinds and another - the fabric had dropped. They agreed to replace one of the blinds and came to clean the other. On 24/02/23 after hearing nothing I chased to see where the replacement was and was advised the paperwork was not completed and the blind had not been requested. Following that, one of the blinds completely came off the fixings on the window and fell on me. They sent someone to come and repair who left a snapped screw drilled into my wall. I therefore raised a complaint and sent 3 emails requesting the damage to my wall be repaired and a refund for the faulty blind that has still not been replaced 119 days since it was fitted. I received one call on the day I made the complaint and have heard nothing since. I am shocked that such a well established business has left damage to my wall and completely ignored my complaint in the hope it will go away, in the meantime I now need to source someone to come and repair my wall at an extra cost and source a replacement blind for the one I have already paid for. I strongly recommend you use any other company to purchase blinds!

Just save your self the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The worst thing I have ever done is order from this company as blind arrived faulty they have then tried to rectify the issue and fix but again both broken blinds have broken in the same way. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING. I haven’t been able to open my bedroom blinds since they were fitted at the end of January. You can ring and ring everyday but you will not be getting a callback so do not expect it. They have also recently changed managers. The first manager only got in touch after a formal letter was sent asking for a full refund. They were then helpful and actually helped handle the situation. He then left and finally after multiple attempts of being put through to the new manager he agreed to help and promised a phone call back on a Friday evening or if not the Monday it has since been three weeks since talking to him and again no call back. Since then another blind that had been replaced due to the fault has now also broken the same way. The blinds are not fit for purpose since you can’t even open them but this company does not care. You can ring everyday and speak to the same people they will pretend they don’t know who you are or what your talking about and not help deal with the situation. Currently I am awaiting another call back but this has still not happened l, due to this both company directors will be receiving a formal letter for a full refund and to come and collect their rubbish blinds in relations to the consumer rights act 2015.

I had electric blinds fitted by Homefair, the original purchase and fitting experience was excellent, I have just had a small issue probably caused by our error. When I called to report the issue Stephen in the office was super helpful, promised to call me back later the same day. This he did and arranged for a fitter to attend, Ciaran turned up at the time arranged and fixed the issue and reset the blinds. We could not be happier with the response time and the excellent after service. Massive thanks to Stephen and Ciaran.

I'd arranged a 'measuring appointment' for Saturday morning. With this in mind I suitably fitted my morning off work around this. An hour after the appointed time there was still no sign of the Homefair employee. This despite a computer generated email the evening before, warning ME to be ready! I gave up waiting and called Homefair. Only to be informed that whoever was supposed to measure my window was not working that day after all. Not only that, but nobody thought it might be prudent, and fair, to contact all that day's customers in advance, to warn, rearrange or whatever. Customer care non-existent. Subsequently I'm making use of a different company.

Worse company I have had the misfortune of using, stay clear!! Blinds ordered for weeks, fitting date agreed waited and waited no show! I had to contact the head office to be told it had been changed, I called 5 times on each occasion was told they would call me back still waiting! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT BLINDS ON THE DAY THEY SAY TO BE FITTED AND DON’T WANT TO DEAL WITH POOR SERVICE. Blinds of not particularly good quality either.

Purchased blackout blinds for lots of my windows after having the house double glazed. My family and I always use Home Fair. Ordered the blinds late 2020 waited 10 weeks for delivery (covid!!) Since late last year some,of the slats at different windows have started to curl. Rang and I was asked to send pictures, I did. Waited 3 weeks, called lots of time. Now told factory manager think it's either due to the sun or above a constantly running radiator. Yes, they get sun but so do all my windows, radiator isn't an issue and not all the slats are curling. Asked if the factory manager would come and inspect, no, he doesn't do that. Out of warranty, nothing more to be done. I am disgusted and left with the problem of having to find replacement slats from another supplier and hope they match. Disgusted!

Never again absolute pathetic company no one gets in touch about a cancellation through they fault because of so called software failures bullnorefund nothing,because blinds have been made,hold on why haven't you fitted them then you took deposit over 4 weeks ago then you put fitting day back extra 2 weeks,discrace,all they say is sorry,if I could rate this company I would give it 0 stars minus 10 thanks very much not fair blinds.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM 1ST APPOINTMENT THEY CANCELLED ON THE SAME DAY EXCUSE ABOUT FITTER BEIG SICK THE FOLLOWING WEEK FITTER NEVER CAME CONTACTED HEAD OFFICE WAS ABUSED AND CALLED A LIAR THERE EXCUSE THE FITTER HAD ALREADY COME AND LEFT A CARD NOT POSSIBLE WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE TO HOMEFAIR BLINDS DOWNSTAIRS PLUS I HAVE A RING CAM WHICH RECORDS DISGUSTING CUSTOMS SERVICE THEY TEAKE TOUR MONEY BUT DONT DO THE SERVICE WHICH IN MY OPINION IS THEFT They have now flagged my comment then replied afterwards asking me to contact them knowing full well I have spoken to them they where rude abused and discriminated against me now there saying email WHERE IS THE MONEY @homefairblinds that YOU HAVE SCAMMED ME I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE AND NI REFUND THEFT

Good prices - Fantastic blinds - Just what we wanted - But you only know if a company is really good if something goes wrong - We had a slight problem but it was managed really well - On site examination and blinds sorted out - Fantastic service - 5 Star.

Excellent service throughout. From being in the showroom to the blinds being measured and fitted. Very reasonably priced and very happy with choice of blinds. Would definitely recommend Homefair Blinds.
