Aug 10,2018The colour of the paper was nothing like the colour it appeared to be on the website. This is why I only ordered 1 sheet - to colour check before a larger order. Delivery was quick however and well packaged.

Jul 30,2018The products were fine exactly as expected, but the delivery was a nightmare. The next day delivery service which I had paid extra, was useless, it took DPD 2 days to deliver. as I was not in the first day they left the note to say "sorry missed your delivery", and as usual went onto the website to arrange another delivery, and changed to a "safe place" delivery, all the time the package was the size of an A5 envelope and could of been posted through the door, which on arrival home the 2nd day they had done, not even put it in the "safe place", useless.

Aug 13,2018Disappointed about the website system. I wanted to order some ribbons and then navigated to another website Ragdoll Ribbons. Called to find out what’s happening and was told it’s their sister company. Meaning I had to do two separate orders on Ragdoll for ribbons and Imagine DIY for embellishments. Asked if I could order over the phone was told all orders have to be online. Disappointed about this new system. Couldn’t be asked to order after that.
