They have so many wonderful, creative ideas and different ways of using there products. They have a wonderful range of goods for all crafty needs and I love just looking through there ideas and putting them together with mine. They are professional , helpful and polite and nothing is too much for them. They are my No.1 craft site. Wonderful job Imagine DIY.

Oct 03,2017I have been an imagine customer for a couple of years, I have built a brand of wedding items using Imagine products, papers, embellishments etc. Every single order I have placed in the last 6 weeks has had an issue or regular items I have tried to order have been out of stock! Embellishments sent incorrectly several times, Guest books damaged, glitter paper in 2 shades down the middle of the page also cut wonky, papers in different shades and renamed on the site and today black marks on a luxury guest book which i was due to send to a customer luckily i had a back up. Currently Ivory boxes are out of stock as are white guest books, items I use reguarly, I have to hold a lot of stock of basic items as they frequently go out of stock. I am sick of ringing & emailing yes items are replaced but the lack of quality control is very concerning. I have raised these concerns before and very little has changed or improved if anything its getting worse.

When the order arrived I was thrilled, it had been packaged with love and care, the items I received were great, better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend imagine diy. I would definitely use them again.

Sep 25,2017I have used Imagine since I started my own business, so almost 4 years ago. Imagine are an integral supplier to me and the first few years service were fantastic, but it does sadden me to leave a slightly unfavourable review in light of, in my opinion, slipping of standards. Items arriving in different shades/finishes from the last time they were ordered, items suddenly being discontinued without warning, the length of time it takes for key items to come back in stock, paying for next day delivery before 1pm and the parcel coming a few days later, being sent the wrong item or just general poor quality control and attention to detail. I really just hope they are currently experiencing a few temporary issues and normal fantastic service will resume soon. I'd hate to start phasing Imagine stock from my ranges as I can no longer rely on them.
