Sep 14,2017What can i say about my experience with this company other than..FANTASTIC!!! I came across them by accident, and i have not been disappointed. Frim the very first glimpse of the web page, to the ordering process- all was very easy and smooth, infact i cannot wait to get some tome to see what else i can buy! The service I recieved was first class over n above my expectations. I ordered late Wednesday night with a note about sending item for the friday. I recieved a lovely helpful phonecall next morning with lots of options for me . I was put at ease and felt assured of my purchase . My item came as said in the Friday morning, and oh my god, i have never seen anything packaged so beautifully, neat or with so much care and consideration ( even had a wee packet of love hearts😍)- how awsome is that!! I did not want to waste my package by opening it up as was too nice and the item was perfect for my cake- i would love to share a picture of my cake finnished off with your perfect ribbon. Thank you again , top class service and i will definitely use you again and i have been telling everyone about you. Thank you Pam 💜

I received a very efficient service, i had called the customer service team prior to ordering to confirm that the products i was purchasing were suitable for what i needed them for. In addition to this i wanted to confirm the best delivery option to go for. The member of staff i spoke was extremely helpful and was able to answer both of my queries.
