I have recently purchased a trike from Jorvik, an Elite JET-E2. Firstly, the machine is fantastic but what has made it better experience is the amazing and professional service from Jorvik, from purchase, I had a test ride in York, where all the product options were discussed so I purchased the most appropriate product through to after sales. I had some queries after riding the trike a few times and spoke to customer service, they came straight back and said an engineer would visit the next day (we are too not far from York). She was brilliant, fixed my issues and she also gave me so many tips and advice about riding the trike and maintenance as I’m a novice e-bike user. In summary, I am a very happy Triker😃

We contacted Yorvik cycles to see if they had a suitable trike for our son who has SENs. Diana could not have been more helpful. Despite, at the the time, the warehouse being low on stock, she pulled as many strings as possible to find a solution. We picked up a fantasic JNT10 within the week. Sincere thanks for all your help.

Diana from sales was amazing, she kept me updated every step of the way whilst I purchased my trike, via email and calls, and went out of her way to help me, I’m so grateful to her and the Jorvik team, and am finally waiting to receive my bike, so happy ! Thank you.

Just received delivery of my wife's JET-E2-20-Purple Jorvik tricycle, which we had a local bike shop assemble for us. We are delighted with the trike and have just been out for a trial run My wife has balance problems and this machine suites her well. It's sturdy, of excellent quality and should last her for many years. We live in mountainous north Wales, 800ft up the hill! and 1.5 miles from the village, which is by the sea.

Today was a magical day! After suffering a life changing stroke 7 years ago, my father has fought to regain his freedom. Partial paralysis on his right side has meant giving up his driving license, and a big chunk of his mobility. He has limited grip with his right hand and a definite weakness and instability on his right side. For a man who climbed mountains at 70, the past 7 years has been his biggest challenge yet. Yesterday he tentatively climbed on his tricycle… a few very careful circles in the garden and he started relaxing. Today he soon grew bored of the garden, and we went out into the road. I had to jog to keep up. I cannot begin to express the emotions we feel at seeing Dad mobile, speedy and independent. His smiles, our laughter, and that pure joy are hard to describe. Diane and Lily at Jorvik have been his cheerleaders .. taking each of his phone calls and guiding him as he got to know the tricycle. Thank you for your patience and kindness! Dad will be 80 in November and this has given him a new lease of life. He is looking forward and planning his routes, outings and adventures.

I spoke with the lovely Lily. She was very professional and very helpful. We also had a bit of a laugh which made the call very pleasant. I purchased a tricycle and can't wait to get it.

I am writing this review because when I was doing my research I found other people's reviews really helpful! I started off wanting a folding electric bike to primarily use as a mobility aid. A chance meeting with someone who owned a folding Jorvik trike quickly made me realise that a trike would better meet my needs than a bike so, I started doing my research. I needed the trike to fold so I could transport and store it. This is a carefully considered purchase for me so I really did look into it a lot. I realised Jorvik did the trike that I thought would suit me best. I phoned them a few times with random questions to try to narrow down the trike I wanted. Every time I called the people I spoke to were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most important to me, not pushy. They did recommend I visit the showroom but being on the South Coast, I was a bit reluctant to make the drive! Just as I was about to order a trike I thought about it again. I decided that if I was going to spend so much money on an unknown product, I had better go see it first! It was THE BEST decision I made!! I booked an appointment and my husband and I set off on a 6 hour drive, full of nerves and uncertainty. As soon as we got to the showroom, I realised I had undoubtedly made the right decision to make the journey. I cannot say enough good things about Lily! She was welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Lily asked what had made me think about a trike. I know I don't 'look' disabled and I know I look young to have some of the health issues I do. I haven't always had the best experience of sharing this with people when needing to purchase mobility aids however, Lily was amazing. I got none of the intrusive questions I had come to dread, she really made me feel respected and listened to. All of the trikes were out on display and Lily took the time to go through all of the features of each, even pointing out some features I had managed to miss. She was very encouraging when it came to a test ride and I tried out about 4 different models! Even my husband had a go! We were both really impressed with the quality of the trike itself and the features that each model offered. Lily made sure I knew the basics of trike riding and that I felt comfortable. I had seen a few reviews of people saying how hard trikes are to ride, and while I didn't share that opinion I really appreciated the time Lily took to make sure I felt both comfortable and safe. The biggest thing for me that day was the realisation that if I had just online ordered the trike I thought was right, I would have been completely wrong!!! It would have been a stressful, upsetting and expensive error! I am so happy I made the effort and spent the fuel money to ensure I got the right trike. When it came to ordering, I was clear what I wanted but, I think it was really important to say that at no point did I feel in anyway pressured to make the purchase. I am now excitedly waiting to take delivery of my JMT9 and I will update my review when I get it! The big takeaway from my trike hunting experience for me is definitely the importance of getting opportunity to try them before you buy. They are an expensive and considered purchase and, I feel so much better about the decision to buy the JMT9 now that I have seen one and tried one.

Extremely helpful and super prompt response when I rang up to ask for a replacement quick release mechanism for a 2020 Jorvik trike. The correct part arrived exactly as promised.

On having a choice of two companies, after speaking with both companies my conversation with Lily at Jorvik very much swayed my decision in going forward to purchase their Electric Tricycle for my wife. Lily's friendly approach, overall knowledge of the tricycle and her ability to answer all my questions no matter how silly they may have been certainly played a big part in purchasing the Jorvik tricycle

Had my electric trike delivered (JMT7) on the 12th August this year. Had nothing but a great experience from Jorvik, from choosing the trike that was right for me, thank you Lilly, right through to the trike being delivered. Anytime that I've needed any information, no matter how silly the question may have been, the customer service dept. were second to none, especially Dianne, who couldn't do enough when I called her regarding a query about a spare battery that I had ordered. Anyway, no matter who I've dealt with they've all been very helpful. The trike it's self has been brilliant, can't keep off it and not only is it a joy to ride but it's real head-turner, especially from the male side of the sexes, it must be something to do with boys and their toys syndrome?

After lots of research and speaking with the Jorvik team I have finally purchased the Trike JMT3 as an early Christmas present to my self!. This is the second trike I have purchased from Jorvik and I have loved my previous one so I am sure I will love this one! Thank you once again Emma and the team for all your help and especially your patience! I have once again been made to feel like part of you all! l look forward to receiving my new trike!

Very helpful to be able to spend time and try out the range of electric trikes Lilly was so pleasant to our 1 hour time slot, I think this trike that I have chosen will help me with my mobility and change my life Looking forward to receiving my trike next week

Recently purchased a Jorvik from the York showroom . I opted for the JMT9 in Black . I’ve been wanting one for some time and decided to take the plunge . The service was second to none and to say I love my new tricycle Is an understatement… it is fantastic, fun and I’m definitely the talk of Huddersfield… Thankyou Jorvik 👍

Over the last week I have been speaking with a lovely lady Diana , who offered me a telephone appointment as I am unable to make it to the showroom in York. I have to say she has been so helpfully in helping in deciding the best bike to fit my personal needs ( having health issues at the moment) she has even given me questions to think about like.. what did I want from my tricycle, she even told me about the different cycle style which I didn’t even think about. She offered me the option to see if I can view one of there trikes at a charity called wheels for all . I have today visited the centre and was so happy to see one , although not the one I am thinking of for myself but it has given me food for thought. I hope As a company that you inform Diana of how she has inspired and given me the courage to look ahead , ( it’s a difficult time for me) I hope in the next few weeks I can make a decision and take the first step and buy myself a tricycle. Thank you ,

Unfortunately 3 stars. 1 star for design/style. 2nd quality of parts 3rd star comfort. Reason for not getting the two other stars is 1st none I paid in full. No communication and major delays got a £50 voucher because of delays true but items not so good. Plus the waterproof back box zip broke within months 2nd none star is terrible after sales service. Parts failure not their fault manufacturer's fault but after several emails was not happy with the end result.

I had my trike delivered this week and I am very happy with it, I can’t wait to take it out this weekend. The customer service team made the experience very easy and hassle free by dealing with my queries, helping me choose the right trike for me and getting it out for delivery. The trike seems great quality and I look forward to putting it to the test! Thanks to Jorvik Tricycles for all the help.

Where do I start, I wouldn’t even give Jorvik any star reviews! I went into detailed research on these electric trikes they sell and finally made the call to Jorvik to discuss further. After the call I felt reassured and placed the order for 2x JMT-3 Trikes along with the trike trailer. My total order was £5469.97. This was a very large expensive order. I was told I would receive my order on the 15th August. I bought these as a surprise for my partners birthday on the 18th August and then booked an off road trip away with the trikes to give the ultimate experience for my partners birthday. The time was getting closer to receiving delivery so emailed in to get an update as I hadn’t heard anything. I had a response to say that they wouldn’t be in until the 30th August. Bearing in mind I was told the 15th and had the trip booked for the 24th August. I replied to say if this is the case please cancel my order and I will look elsewhere. I quickly had a reply to say they would be with me on the 15th August. Anyway the 15th arrived and I had confirmation of delivery and tracking. I also organised my brother to help take delivery. The delivery arrived and the first one was unloaded brand new wrapped in a box. The second one came off the van to see it was strapped on a pallet built. It was hardly wrapped in bubble wrap. On closer inspection I was horrified on what I saw. Firstly the trike arrived with mud over the pedals and tyres. The further I looked at the trike it was severely damaged and marked. There was chips out the alloy wheel rims, several large scratches over the frame and lots of chip marks over the mud guards as well. THE TRIKE HAS BEEN SENT OUT USED AND WAS NOT NEW. The delivery guys even agreed with me and was appalled that Jorvik had tried to send this to me. With this I rejected the delivery. I have been in constant contact with Jorvik via emails and phone calls and the amount of chasing I’ve had to do is unacceptable. The company is being run with no management in as they are all on holiday and was told I have to wait 10 days for one of them to return. This is outrageous as if you went back to a shop to return an item and was told oh come back in 10 days when management is back its disgusting. Bearing in mind they have my money! I have had a nightmare trying to get hold of the CEO of Jorvik which is James Walker and no members of staff had an email for him which is a joke. To this day I have had no reply from James walker which I find totally unprofessional and have had to communicate via Emma Donkin who said she would pass my email complaint on. For someone who is the CEO of Jorvik and your unable to contact them is no acceptable and having to wait for Emma to return is not on. I have taken several pictures of the USED trike that arrived and have so many emails that I have sent them with not all of them being answered. Jorvik pride themselves on customer care and product quality yet I have received none of this and being lied to several times is pathetic. Excuse after excuse I was told my refund was raised on the 26th August which I have in black and white. Emma thought it would be acceptable to do this on the 1st September after she was back in the business as she’s the ONLY management there. Do you really think it’s acceptable to lie to your customers especially when I have email communication to say it was done the 26th. Jorvik are blaming Panther logistics for the issue with the trike and Panther Logistics are blaming Jorvik. Whilst they have it out with each other I have to sit and wait when it’s nothing to do with me. They have a contract with Panther and its them who uses Panther and not me. Why should I have to wait for you to raise a complaint with them? I am YOUR customer and Not Panthers. This has caused me so much upset, stress and issues with my mental health. It’s also ruined my partners birthday and I’m out of pocket for the trip booked away. All I get back from Emma is we are sorry. THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! THE WAY YOU HAVE TREATED ME AS A PERSON AND YOUR CUSTOMER IS DISGUSTING. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS! No Response from the CEO as well is appalling. Why would you send out a USED trike to forfill my order, I don’t believe panther has anything to do with it and because I said about cancelling, you’ve decided to send me a demonstrator/used trike. ITS MEANT TO BE BRAND NEW NOT USED. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE I HAVE PAID FOR THESE. Your customer service is appalling and I can see I’m not the only person who’s had major issues with you. Bearing in mind your dealing with vulnerable disabled people as well I dread to think how you’ve mugged them off. Another concern is you don’t answer your phone for warranty claims yet some people can’t do the internet or emails. How can you get in contact when it cuts into answer phone. I WOULD AVOID JORVIK AT ALL COSTS AS MY EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER GET OVER! 20TH JULY THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE!
