May 30,2020I just love my Jorvik tricycle. It came within a few days of buying it. Even though I have had spine surgery and pain in the usual parts as we get older 😊, riding this bike just takes my attention away from the aches and pain. The staff are so amazingly friendly and helpful. They talk you through what you don’t understand and make you feel comfortable when answering your questions. Thank you 🙏🏾 guys for your support.

May 26,2020Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The ease of ordering was great. I wanted to surprise my wife as she has mobility issues. So I ordered the tricycle. When it arrived her face lit up. She had not ridden a bike in over 30 years so this was going to be a challenge for her. I built the trike for her and there were no immediate issues. However when I took it for a test run I'd did have a problem that I couldn't solve. So, I emailed Jorvik and Leanne asked to send them a video. I did that and they replied with the solution within 24 hours. The problem was sorted. Brilliant. My wife went out for her first ride and only managed to get around the block..but a little patience and now she can get a couple of miles without having to stop.(she was laid up in hospital for months so she hasn't a lot of strength in her legs yet) I'm sure with more time she will gain the strength she needs to travel anywhere on her trike. It is a new lifeline for her. We cant thank Jorvik enough. From the first order to the fault findng and resolution, you have been amazing. The customer service is second to none. We will recommend you to everyone. We already have passed your info on to 6 other people.

May 23,2020Jorvik tricycles are the very best in their field and their customer service/ support is second to none even when it’s not their fault but other “professionals “ who have incorrectly assembled your tricycle. They have given me so much help over the last few weeks I cannot fault them they are first class. They are always there for you. A big thank you to all the staff at Jorvik Tricycles.

May 23,2020I am absolutely delighted with my new Jorvik trike! I ordered it on a Thursday, it arrived before lunch the next day! And this is during lockdown! Two days later, I was riding it in the sunshine - thanks to amazing hubby. Took a bit of getting used to the 3 wheels, as I have only ridden bikes, but now I love, love, love it! It's absolutely brilliant, and I can't recommend it highly enough.It has been much admired in all the villages I have whizzed through, and I have already had two requests for Jorvik's website from envious neighbours, not to mention my youngest grandson, who is very smitten - and, no, he can't have it! The friendly and helpful staff at Jorvik could not be faulted, and we send a special thank you to Gavin, who gave my husband help over the phone with some queries he had during the build. Nothing was too much trouble. I am so glad I chose the electric version - first time I have ever got to the top of the hill first!! And yes Joe, it IS cheating, but I'm your granny! May 20,2020Underwhelmed by my e-trike. It has been costly to assemble and still has problems that need to be sorted out. I have a Skoda Yeti with a big 'boot' but for the life of me can't work out a way of folding the trike to get it in, despite help from a skilled bike mechanic who is totally baffled. First of all, the trike is very heavy, so not at all suitable for someone who is elderly or infirm to grapple with. And second, getting the trike to fold requires a lot of strength. The promotional video which shows how this should be done seems to involve some trickery. In the video, the trike folds and fits into the back of a small vehicle (looks like a Ford Ka) with seemingly no effort at all. In reality, it's very different. Prepare to struggle! The ordering process is a bit strange too. Some photos show the red trike (which I ordered) with black baskets (front and back) and some with white, but there's no option to choose what you want. I got white, but wanted black. I contacted Jorvik to request an exchange, but their response was unhelpful. Apparently they don't have stocks of the black baskets and, in any case, seemed to misunderstand what I was talking about because they seemed to think I wanted a Dutch style basket, which I don't! A general point about the trike (which is not a criticism of Jorvik necessarily) is that, speaking from experience, it is not suitable for someone who is disabled. Even a slight camber causes the bike to lurch sideways. The risk of toppling the bike over is high unless you re-balance very quickly. I have balance and mobility issues following a stroke and I find the trike quite challenging to ride except on a flat surface. It's OK for cycle paths, but not roads. I think there are plenty of good points about the Jorvik e-trike. But paying top price definitely does not guarantee you get the best. My advice is to shop around and try before you buy, or prepare to be a bit disappointed.

May 19,2020What a fantastic product and such brilliant service! My Jorvik e-trike has been a real boon in these lockdown times as I can get exercise and do my local shopping - the basket at the back takes 2 big supermarket 'bags for life'. Heavy shopping like drinks, potatoes, flour, sugar etc. is no problem with the e feature to speed up hills. Even in normal times I would use it to replace some car journeys. I like that it takes up a little more width on the road - the few cars around at the moment give it extra room and don't try to 'slip' past. It has become a real feature in our village, and gets admiring glances and comments (at a social distance) whenever I go out. The cycle shop I entrusted with building my trike made a mess of it, but Jorvik arranged to get it back to them and fixed it for me! So willing to go the extra mile during this difficult time and give excellent service. So grateful!

May 06,2020Ordered on line over the weekend and ready to ship on Tuesday and during lockdown. Step by step updates on parcel delivery. Phoned up to add some accessories and got a heck of a lot of advice over the phone. Nice to deal with a proper company not some noname brand where you can’t get any help after purchase. Was recommended to use a professional building service and followed it. When I rang the local bike shop and I said the name they knew exactly what type of product and had experience of building & servicing. That’s a bonus. Can’t wait to try it out

Emma answered my questions very quickly through their chat from where I booked my appointment. In the shop we met James who was very helpful and patient given my poor knowledge of bikes let alone tricycles. I am really happy and enjoying my tricycle. May 06,2020Excellent, friendly, well-organised service that I can highly recommend. Before buying the trike our initial contact was with Emma. She replied quickly. At the shop James advised and answered all our questions while we decided which size would be best. This included on pointing out the differences between a trike and 2-wheelers. Basically, nothing was too much trouble.

May 06,2020Thank you for the best bike I’ve ever ridden. After breaking my neck and losing a lot of the feeling in my left foot I thought my cycling days were over until I received my Jorvik bike. Went out for ride which ended up with me going a lot further than intended as I was enjoying myself so much and for that all I can say is thank you for making me a very happy man. Now in the process of buying a Jorvik trike for my daughter. As for gavin the salesman you can’t get better.

Apr 15,2020We got this for my wife who hasn't been able to cycle for years due to MS. I chose to collect it myself and to also assemble it at home (thanks Gavin) in order to get her on the road ASAP, Unless you know your engineering & bikes (I do) I would strongly recommend getting a professional to assemble it. These are an amazing piece of engineering, and each time I thought something wasn't spot on, it actually was, it was just the clever designing. Usage: My wife just keeps saying "I love my trike!", she can get out each day for exercise without worrying about falling off when she has to stop. The country roads by us don't have many people about (social distancing :-) ), and she loves it. The bike performs well, though you do have to take you time with getting used to riding a trike, and she has to get her timing right when on hills. We have changed the white walled tyres for the Black Jack mountain bike tyres (on website(s) and these have helped when on wet grass fields etc when you might need the extra grip on tracks, yes she loves puddles, mud and fields! This Trike has been fantastic for her health and strengthening her muscles and we are delighted with it. We do wonder if they can have bigger batteries for extra miles but that's for another time :-) Great worksmanship Jorvik! We recommend the low step E-Trike. Morgon & Amanda (I love my trike) Evans

Apr 05,2020The oh-so-clear recorded answering voice on the telephone sets the scene for real human interaction which is homely, concerned, helpful and efficient. The price of the tricycles is, compared with competition, remarkably less expensive but this does not mean a diminished product. I had my machine set up by a top notch bicycle shop and was told that it was the first electric tricycle they had put together. It worked perfectly straight away which is a credit to Jorvik and the bicycle shop. It is important to have people in the know to put it together even if two wheels might be their usual business. At all times Jorvik responded quickly to further requests from me and everything was sensitively done. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jun 15,2020Ich habe das Trike ins Blaue hinein gekauft und war von der soliden Verarbeitung und den Featuren die das Trike bietet positiv überrascht. Ich kann mit MS endlich wieder radfahren und auch wieder ins Gelände und in die Berge. Der Zusammenbau war problemlos, das benötigte Werkzeug lag bei. Die Beratung war sehr gut und der Service einwandfrei.
