Dec 02,2018I was badly let down by another furniture remover at the 11th hour on Friday and when I spoke to Peter at Junk Bunk and explained, he went away to enquire to see if his team could do the job for me that afternoon or the next morning (seriously impressed!). The next morning was booked and Mark and his colleague turned up and got to work straightaway. They made light work of hauling heavy furniture down the stairs (first floor flat) and nothing was too much trouble. They were polite and courtious and very personable. Thank you Junk Bunk! I would definitely recommend your company!

Sep 15,2018Excellent service provided - I called the company yesterday and spoke to the customer service rep over the phone who provided a quote and booked me in for the next day. The quote was very reasonable (400£ less than a competitor). Two men turned up on the day and took everything that had been agreed without any fuss - very friendly. I would recommend Junk Bunk.

Sep 04,2018I was remodelling my house and getting rid of old/broken furniture and white tech. This included 2 fridges, 2 cupboards, a table with 5 worn down chairs and a single bed. The entire work was done in about 40 minutes and the blokes doing it were quite friendly.

Sep 02,2018I needed tower computers and their accessories, old-style television sets, fan heaters etc. removed. A photo was sent and a quote received. Two men arrived at the agreed time. They compared the material with the photo then phoned their office. The claimed, correctly, that the photo missed a section of the material to be removed and gave me a new quote that seemed very high for the small quantity of material missed by the photo. In order to avoid wasting both me and their time I agreed but felt that I had been conned. They did however remove the material quickly and efficiently.

Aug 29,2018I had to dispose of a three seater sofa. Junk Bunk handled this very smoothly and quickly. The initial call to them was answered within three rings. The customer advisor was able to quote me over the phone and followed this up with an email clearly giving a breakdown of the charges. Staff turned up on the day and at the time agreed and removed the sofa in minutes. Very happy using them and have kept their details for future use.

Jan 25,2019Booked a delivery - 2 days later the rubbish was gone. The collectors arrived bang on time and had finished within 10 minutes. Little expensive for the time it took, but when I think of the time and hassle it saved me it was worth it, especially as I’ve now got my weekend back. Would highly recommend, and will use in the future for sure.
