Aug 27,2023Wouldn’t go near this firm again. Booked in with one weeks notice. I live in a top floor flat and said I would have everything on the ground floor for them. Phoned on the morning of collection to confirm they were picking up. All good so I put everything downstairs. Two hours before collection they phoned to say they wouldn’t be able to pick up anymore until 3 days later. They do advertise that you can phone and get same day collection but I’ve really been left hung out to dry with a landlord not very happy with all my rubbish outside.

Aug 01,2023Had a fair amount of junk to dispose of before moving flats. Called them at 10.30, they managed to send me someone in less than an hour. The person was brilliant and professional and the price was just as quoted, no bad surprises. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
