Jun 24,2023I called around 10.30 this morning. I received instant quote and appointment in the afternoon. The guy came on time, took all my rubbish and brush away all rubbish and left nice and clean garden wear I had my old trampoline and other rubbish piled up for years. Fantastic service I will use and recommend.

May 12,2023It's a difficult property to access, but the guys were not phased and got stuck in removing all of the furniture items at the agreed price. At the end they stopped me from vacuuming and swept up any debris left from the dismantling of the furniture.

May 06,2023Used the removal service to get rid of general household waste. The job was done well, however after the team had left, we noticed the ceiling had been damaged in the process. I contacted the customer service team (Dara Bells) who did not accept liability and refused to compensate. She said that we should have mentioned it to the team whilst they were still at the property. However, we only noticed the damage after they had left whilst we were cleaning. Therefore, if you use this company, please ensure you check for any damages whilst they are still at the property otherwise they will deny any liability
