Oct 22,2018I haven't made a claim with them - so this isn't a full review. But Kinsu were so easy to sign up with. I have had a few questions about my cover (neighbours put scaffolding up next door and I wanted to know if this'd change our cover) and it was so easy to get in touch with them and ask if this affected us. I love the transparent Ts&Cs too.
