There information is accurate and clear; their products are exactly as represented with very good expiration dates, and their delivery is dependable and reasonably prompt considering the distance. Their prices are also quite reasonable and fair. I recommend Kiwi with no reservations at all.

Feb 16,2017PLEASE READ MY SHORT STORY AND MY AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH KIWIDRUG.COM The merchandises we purchase through Amz or eBy or others, at least I am more interested in the cut through the chase and want my item that ordered to be perfect. These days we all want free shipping the lowest cost and a quick delivery. MEDICATION IS NOT AN iPHONE. SO i am not going to discuss what I purchased only because it is a private matter about my health and I sincerely feel my experience going through the process of getting it is much more relevant and much more sweeter the readers on this site. And i hope I can make few people more comfortable with placing their medical prescriptions with KIWIDRUG.COM I have always been wary of purchasing things as important as either my prescribed medication which I did for a short from Canada ( i will not name them ) or over the counter medications online. I felt my hard earned money is going to the Lala land and really not knowing when or how or what I will be receiving in exchange. Often times these companies dont have a real address or a real person to answer phone calls or even an email. Regardless of how fancy their website might have been. Well, i am here tonight ( just received my order from KIWI ONLINE PRESCRIPTION COMPANY AKA KIWIDRUG.COM ) to let everyone know that I was wow'd from my first contact to just now receiving my medication. First, I could tell they are not in a rush to make a buck off of my back. Their mannerism online via email from the front line to the top manager all had a voice of concern and professionalism. I say concern because under no law that I am aware of is KIWIDRUG.COM obligated to provide first class professional medical advise and support from a real physician. I dont know of any other company that does that. It s not a robot its the real thing. They make you go through a thorough application process so if need be their medical staff can intervene and provide you with the absolute correct responses. I was so impressed with the application while completing it but even more impressed because they actually read it. Had they not had this process in place , i would have ordered eventhough I had a prescription - the wrong medication. Because they have certain mechanism in place to bullet proof the process- they can comfortably say that 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed if they didn't have these mechanisms in place most likely they would not have advertised that information. Another example as mentioned few lines before, upon reviewing my application i had filled out and the prescription by the doctor, KIWIDRUG.COM team realized quickly I was ordering totally the wrong item. They contacted me immediately informed me of what I needed and in some ways held my hand through this process of voiding reordering and etc. So how can I or you not enjoy such service and begin to trust them as the professionals that they are. Lastly one quick note, with so much fraud going on, KIWIDRUG.COM provides us with plenty of different ways to pay for our purchases. They tell you what they prefer, but one had a whole range of paying them. So to the complainers about payment method, use what makes you comfortable and provides you a less stressed transaction. I repeat they have the right to tell us what they prefer but also they are professional and knowledgeable enough to provide options to us. And we get to choose within one over the other but all within the boundaries of options they provide. So to end this sweet story, I am now a true believer of KIWIDRUG.COM AND a committed royal buyer to this company. You have nothing to loose except your hard earned dollars in the U.S. specially if you're struggling with the high cost of prescription. Cheers Se............ T......

In the last years I have found that Kiwidrug is the best one in several areas : speed of communication,good facilities to make payments, flexibility at, while following the law, interpreting in a logical way , the many burocratic rules affecting the distribution of drugs in foreign countries , providing brand name drugs, not generic and, not to be forgotten, offering a very reasonable price for their products. Jan 19,2017As a retired physician, I am watching my medication costs (15 of them) like everybody else. I have the advantage that I know a lot about the drugs, and about the games Big Pharma plays. When my pulmonologist prescribed an inhaler, I was astonished to learn that it cost almost $250 for a one month supply! I found the same medication, same inhaler (even the same color), same manufacturer (GSK) for $33 for the same dose and same capacity! In larger quantities, it's even less expensive. The only quirk was that Kiwi does not accept credit or debit cards, but they make very simple use of an "E-Check", and I trusted them. They proved that my trust was justified. Their service and communications were excellent, and I received my meds in just a few days. Due to some very rough handling conditions during shipping (clearly nothing that Kiwi Drugs has control over), some of the medication was damaged during shipping. I informed Kiwi Drugs about this and without a question they re-shipped the medication to me, Express Shipping! Like most online vendors, I expected Kiwi Drugs to apologize and do nothing to fix the issue; instead, Kiwi Drugs trusted my word and shippedl the medication the next day, without a question. They upheld their excellent guaranteed delivery. They provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend to buy all your OTC medications from Kiwi Drugs. This is not the first time I have purchased OTC medication from Kiwi Drugs. I have had positive experiences with Kiwi Drugs on a number of different orders. Dec 12,2016They ship from India much of the time and the India companies often are disorganized and have terrible customs issues shipping out of the country - you may never see you product arrive. When you contact kiwidrug to complain - they stall you and basically abandon your case. no refund - no credit - just lost money - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Being in contact with customer service they responded promptly and refunded my account quickly. Despite me returning something, they were still kind and professional. They definitely will continue to get my business.

I submitted an order on Nov.19th and the order was delivered to my home in California on Nov. 28th neatly and securely packaged and in perfect condition. Nov 25,2016I've been around the block with quite a few online pharmacies over the years and I have to say this place is actually really great. Zero hassle. Always a customer support person available to respond to emails, the product quality is solid and they have a very thorough, sophisticated yet simple website. I've placed maybe 7 or 8 orders with them and though it can take two to three weeks sometimes to arrive I always find the experience hassle free. Very impressed and I'd NEVER go back to what my experiences were with other online pharmacies

Nov 20,2016I'd be lying if I said I didn't think this felt sketchy at first but I found out first hand that Kiwi Drug is completely legitimate. I ordered Eloine (the UK version of Yaz) and it is in fact exact. I tried generics of Yaz and had everything from cramps and dizziness to heart palpitations- yikes! Needless to say I needed to find an alternative. I've been on Eloine a few days now and feel completely normal- so if you're on Beyaz or Yaz and in the same insurance pickle as I was (or tired of the gyno holding your birth control hostage until you submit to an exam), this is your answer. Cost effective, great customer service, and legitimate drugs. Thank you Kiwi!
