Oct 06,2016I've received all orders on time and with no hassle. I tried 2-3 other similar services and ALWAYS had delivery issues. I took away one star because the navigation of the website is a little clunky. If you don't search with exactly the right words you don't see all results.

Oct 06,2016I have used Kiwi Drug for over two getting a product that is not covered by my medical insurance, out of pocket cost in the US in is over $600 per order. Kiwi has offered the product at a fair price. Shipping, handling, and website usage encourage me to come back as needed. I have had a great experience with Kiwi Drug.

Oct 02,2016total scam!!!! Do Not purchase fro these faceless online fraudsters. Purchased several items never delivered and when a refund requested it was escalated and noone ever returned any of my emails. Waste of time. Look for a reputable online company when you want peace of mind but never buy from KIWI THIEVES!!! I'm sure they have told other customers that delivery was made when no valid signature of delivery was ever proved by kiwi. They still refuse to repay my payment. Find another supplier!!!!!

Sep 23,2016I have placed at least half a dozen orders with them. Never had any issues. Yes it takes time to receive your order, but you know that already. Everything I have ordered generic or brand has been what they say it is. I don't believe in self medicating but I do believe in saving money. So they have been a good place for me to get the prescriptions i need.

I recently had an issue with the shipment of my medication and once again Kiwi Drug immediately resolved the issue by re-shipping my order. It was a no hassle process. Great price, and customer service was very quick in replying to an email I sent them. Nothing shady here - just good old Kiwi service. I intend to purchase from them in the future!

Got exactly the med that I needed at less than 1/2 the cost here in the U.S. Expiration date was good, package unopened and everything. It was shipped from the U.K. and arrived in 9 days from the time I put in the order. Very pleased. Will use them again.

Aug 03,2016Brand label med at a fraction of the cost I'd have to pay even when insurance covered it! I don't know why they got some bad reviews except maybe some customers are really impatient or bad at communicating. It's certainly irresponsible and immature to toss around the 'Scam' term especially in light of so many positive reviews so I'm partly responding to that. I'm in US and I know to expect the orders to take a week or two to get to me. On occasion it has been quicker. On one occasion over a year ago it was horribly delayed because they were switching suppliers and there was a big snafu. But communication was pretty good throughout. As for electronic check instead of credit card: That's their business decision and it goes smoothly as far as my experience goes. Every business has the right to decide their payment terms. If you don't like it, or makes you nervous, you have every right to go elsewhere. This is not a Scam, it is a huge relief that I can continue to get my prescription at such a cut-rate - without having to pay even more to go through my physician each time I need a refil.

Jul 20,2016Had an opportunity to use Kiwi Drug for medicines that were 3 times the cost locally. They were extremely helpful in ensuring we were getting the right product with a good expiration date and as stated, the cost was much less than we could get locally. They promised 2-3 week FREE shipping and the drugs arrived in LESS than 2 weeks!

Jul 08,2016Placed my order two weeks ago, prescription was verified and label printed within a day. Since then no status updates. I've sent three emails during the course of 14 days, but no one answers. Only automatic responses congratulating me because my ticket has been escalated to the management (which doesn't exist). I even called their toll-free number and no one answers. PROBABLY A SCAM. STAY AWAY. IT'S A SHADY BUSINESS.

Jul 01,2016They changed their charging checkout from debit cards to electronic check. I received and email that my amount didnt go through. I tried reaching out to them to pay and this is what management replied to me....(very unprofessional and un-ethical)... Dear Rafael Ruiz, We can make rare exceptions and do those manually, but it doesn't make much sense in this case as the error was not "NSF" but "unknown account". If you want to order more of Rx items from us in the future then you'll need to know how to give us proper e-check info, so we might as well figure it out now on this order. We can accept a photo of a voided check via email. Thank you, The Kiwi Team

May 24,2016I have used Kiwi Drugs a few times over the past few years and through them their partnerning stores in the U.K. I have always received exactly the product that I ordered. Always the genuine brand name merchandise. Most recently my order was sent to me in a few separate shipments and one did not arrive at my location in the US. Kiwi drugs had that portion re-shipped to me without any fuss or problem. I am confident that I will do business with them in the future.
