Jan 20,2025Have used Leader Floors in the past without incident but this time was irritating. We accepted quite a long lead time for delivery, which was still paid for. On the day, their delivery partner sent several conflicting messages, then tried to deliver the wrong thing. I contacted Leader Floors who promised this would be resolved ASAP. Nothing happened for days. I had to chase it again. The promised email did not arrive. The flooring has now been delivered after three and a half weeks. The actual product seems okay, but the whole process was a hassle.

Jan 18,2025Ordered 12m by 4m so they sent me 15 packs of flooring which left me with 6 packs extra that i had opened thinking nothing of it one pack is 2.26m .they charged me 35£ for a delivery that was free .they dont do stairs

(2weeks and counting) Clive Webster (since writing this I have managed to contact the delivery firm, and although they put it out to another delivery firm, they have promised me to sort out the delivery) All's well that ends well. I just got the delivery, the guys that delivered was very helpful and explained why it was later than what I was told. And was sorry about the delay so I've upgraded my 1star to a 5star review Thanks Leader Floors for putting things right and I will be it touch again for more flooring. CLIVE WEBSTER

I needed to stop my original order and replace with a new one due to selecting the wrong product online. All changed over very easily and paying the difference was even easier. Jan 17,2025I order LVT on Jan 12, 2025. Alesser item (4.5mm) is 65 GBP a box in B&Q, I paid 28GBP a box (5mm) on Leader Floor; less than half the price but better in quality. The delivery process was impressive even better than amazon. I was able to track & see my order live. The item I received was exactly the same I had ordered. No damage or missing. The person whom I had paid to install did not even believe the price when he saw the quality of LVT. The delivery driver named Tanase was extremely helpful. I trust these people... The flooring is now laid in my garage conversion and the builder says it's the best flooring he's ever worked with. The colour is stunning. The whole floor looks absolutely amazing! To say I'm totally satisfied is an understatement. I shan't look anywhere else in future. Leader Floors is my number one!
