Utterly useless, you’ve lost a £2500 order thanks to this - if you can’t even deliver me samples within 2 weeks how on earth can I trust you to supply flooring for our new home next week!!!

Dec 09,2024The skirting board was what I required, the down side some of the boards were damaged due to the courier. They were stacked on top of other items not flat on the floor the back of the van was a mess

Dec 12,20242 out of 10 boxes were damaged on the corners. Tried for hours to get through to help line without success and sent emails for help neither of which got a response.. still waiting 3 days later. I would not recommend this company as their customer service if you have a problem is terrible.
