Feb 13,2025Ordered flooring on the 26/1/25 which only had half of order which is fine as these things happen. Asked for a full refund on the 27/1/25 and still waiting. After some emails and phone calls to ask for our money back we are still waiting. If you look at other reviews this seems to be a common problem with this company. So can this get sorted out please!!!!!

Feb 12,2025Ordering and delivery time good However when the goods were received the pre painted panel is scratched, marked and dented. no packing whatsoever on the item, looks like its been sliding around in the back of a van. Pointless exercise of ordering a pre painted panel as i will now have to sand it down and repaint

Feb 08,2025Paid for two items to be delivered, only one turned up. After speaking to customer service the first time apparently delivery was rearranged for two days later. Still no delivery so rang again, only to find out delivery was never rearranged and the best they could do was contact the courier company (which is a 3rd party) and find out the next available date. Two day off work awaiting delivery and still didn't get get what I paid for or any compensation. This is the worst service I've ever delt with.

Feb 07,2025The wood veneer isn’t wood it’s printed paper. Ordered from another company and you can tell it’s wood veneer. They take weeks for you to get your money back. I emailed as stated. and still no refund.. This company is a con. not genuine. They dont follow up...

Feb 07,2025I chose Leaders because my previous flooring supplier always delivered curb side and this was too much for me as I struggle with Fibromyalgia. So I was very excited when Leaders advertised in home delivery. So much so bought some additional items from them. Surprise Surprise there is fine print, which was not known until delivery day when the men refused to delivery in house because I lived on the 1st floor. So I had to battle to take the items in the house yet again. The laminate floorboards are from a brand I have used before so am sure they are fine. However I am unlikely to use them again.

Feb 13,2025Ordered and paid for 4 samples with the understanding the delivery was 48 hours. 72 hours later I phoned the company as I hadn't heard a thing from them, only to be told, the order hadn't been dispatched as 1 of the samples was out of stock!!! Unbelievable!!! Now I've been told I have to wait until the 17th for the delivery. That's an entire week from ordering. Surely the in stock items could of been sent out woth a note informing 1 was to follow?? Or is that too much like common sense??!! Paid for something that was not being carried out. Only makes me very cautious about ordering the flooring altogether
