Feb 07,2025My wife didn’t like the flooring when it arrived so I returned it on the 9th of Jan 2025.the. On the 13th I rang up asking how long it would take for the refund to be processed I was told 14 days so on the 23rd I rang again and then I got told it was 14 working days which ended on the 29th of Jan I rang back on the 1st of Feb and got told another a pack of lies how it was a click and collect order and one department didn’t talk too the other department.i then was told to be patient and would be sorted in a couple of days its now the 7th of Feb and I still haven’t received the refund.

Feb 07,2025I have placed and order, day before it is supposed to arrive I receive email that there has been an error and floor I have ordered is not in stock. They offer help in choosing different one. I have replied with requirements and deadlines and no response. I have no refund, no replacement and unable to contact them still. I have to pay cancellation fee on my workers that were booked to install flooring. This is just unacceptable customer service and praying to get my money back.

Feb 04,2025After the order was placed for a sample pack (which i paid for as well as £6.95 postage) everything went down hill from there. I ordered and paid for the sample on Friday 17th January delivery was attempted but not made on Wednesday 29th January at 7.15am, 8 working days later...... surprisingly no one was at the shop at 7.15 in the morning, annoyed i then contacted leader Floors customer service and was told they were not advised the delivery was a business address even though the order was placed in a business name and the sales person who took the order knew it was flooring for our new showroom. Tt would appear customer service is something this company does not understand. Goods returned and now waiting for a credit the flooring was ordered with a company who offer a prompt and efficient service at the same price as leader Floors, shame as i like to spend my money locally.

Shame about the no response on my last review but hopefully they are resolving that issue with a part incorrect delivery of flooring in the wrong colour. once resolved I will change that review as overall the service has been good but I need a refund for my previous incorrect delivery.
