Jan 02,2022I bought a women's leather jacket size M, when I received it size M jacket had size L sleeves that were sown in unevenly, one sleeve was was way higher than the other. I took photos of it contacted customer service and received a reply that's shared below. After which I sent another 14 inquiries requesting an update. They kept answering we will get back to you later, please be patient, dragging time until the last email that they couldn't refund any longer due now too many days passed from the return policy. I think they are the worst customer service I had yet had to encounter. Simply liars and crooks. I warn you not to choose them as they wouldn't take care of the damaged items! "The quality and manufacturing department held a meeting for this particular issue and hence the response got delayed (God knows what they talk about). So, they say that you need to use the jacket for about 2 weeks and the issue will go away as it is most probably because of the the wrong packing methodology used. However, if it doesn't settle, just email us and we will send you a new jacket without any additional cost."

Dec 17,2021Been 2+ months and havent received bag! First one was defective and would be replaced,took 2 1/2 weeks to replace and send the 2nd bag. It gets lost in transit and seller has to file claim to investigate where shipment was lost in transit at,I notfied the seller about lost shipment. Via email says will replace and get to my resident by Christmas. I highly doubt it will be received by then and even so,headache all around! Sorry but service sucked and needs to be addressed!

Dec 08,2021I'll never do business with this company again. First of all, I was informed shipping would take about a week but ended up being over a month. I had to constantly reach out and was not informed of what was going on regarding my order. Once I finally got my order, the jacket was way too small. I ordered a 3X and the jacket felt like a L. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Dec 07,2021I love the jacket! My only comment is that it took so long. I originally ordered it to be be shipped to my POBox and completed the order with no problems, only later did I receive an email saying that they do not ship to POBoxs and I then updated my shipping address. I would order again and I would NOT use a POBox for a shipping address next time.

Dec 04,2021The jacket smells good. Feels good, and looks ok, but is extremely thin leather and would not be recommended for a motorcycle. This is a style jacket, not a motorcycle jacket as I hoped. Also it is not at all distressed. It looks new, but someone made the white part dirty and they made a few marks on I by whipping it with something. A half ass attempt at an actual distressed look. It fits ok, but it's slightly short in the arms and HUGE in the belly. I'm a thin tall man and I'll need to have this large taken in at the waist, yet the shoulders are tight and the arm length is short. It's a large. Why do clothing manufacturers think all Americans have beer bellies? I don't. I could fit a basketball in my stomach area and still zip it up.

Dec 03,2021Lexther shipped my purchase via FedEx, without the option of a signature-required delivery. FedEx now claims the package was delivered, but I never received it. Perhaps it was stolen. I truly don't know. Bottom line the Lexther did not offer a secure delivery option for my purchase. I'm disputing the item charge with my credit card company. I'm not blaming Lexther for what happened and I believe they intended for me to have the item. Yet Lexther did nothing to make sure the situation was resolved, and there is no way to speak personally with a representative. Not good. I've made my last purchase from the company.

Dec 03,2021The jacket looks great and fits well. I'm knocking off one star because the pockets are too small. I can barely fit my hands inside the side pockets and there is not enough room for an iPhone 6 in the breast pocket.
