Oct 20,2021A company I'd never heard of provided a lovely new black leather jacket to my son for his birthday, from me. I was leery about ordering from Lexther, their prices were not sale prices, they are standard and match the sale prices on Nordstroms, Macy's, etc. I'm glad I couldn't find his size in the color he wanted by going the regular route because I wouldn't have found this excellent company. The jacket came exactly when Lexther said it would - 6-12 business days after ordering. The leather is soft, the stitching even and unobtrusive, and the style is simple yet attractive for my 37 yr old, Miami-based, son. He is very happy with his present and the L fit him perfectly. Also, the ribbing on the cuffs was very nice - not just knitted material but leather interwoven with the fabric. Very happy with my purchase!

Oct 13,2021I ordered a 3xl Jacket was shipped an L Jacket. Sent email same day it arrived asking for return address. Sent me email back asking what was wrong with Jacket. Which all that was in the first email. So i sent pics of label size and of jacket. Then received email saying i could keep the jacket and u would refund me $50.00. Which didnt understand because jacket was 2 sizes to small, what was i going to do with it. Finally after begging for a return address slip got one. Sent jacket back next day and still havnt receaved refund. So i would of gave no stars if able.

Oct 09,2021site claims orders ship in 5-8 business days. I ordered a gift 5 weeks prior to the date needed. After 3 weeks, tried calling. got a generic answering machine. no return call. sent email explaining my dilemma. was assured product would arrive before needed. it didn't. finally filed claim with Paypal and, miraculously, product shipped next day from Pakistan. Horrible customer service.

Sep 22,2021I worked in a Tack Shop helping to make things like Saddles, Bridals, shoes, belts, and other things, I learned about the things that make a good leather shop, I used to go with the Supervisor to buy Hides, a Hundred at a time and we would sit down on the floor and inspect every hide one at a time looking for things like blemishes or weak areas or color deformities , abrasion's any thing that would show up in the finished work, if it was not a good hide we left it and picked out another one, this takes a lot of time and we spent entire afternoons buying hides. Our Sewing machine was from the 1930's but worked very well for the thick hides we chose and we did not often split the hides. We did on occasion have some one come in with a jacket or vest and have us disassemble the garment using a delicate razor buy severing the thread, not an easy task, but the end product was a pattern that we would use to pick out a better quality leather and reassemble the pattern with better leather and a higher quality thread, often no always with great approval. Now the Jacket I purchased from Lexther had no flaws in the leather, no loose threads a great pattern, the zippers were all heavy duty and work well, the pockets are all deep and easy to stash tools in, the fit is for me a relief as I have these long arms, the hide was not split, it got to me up here in Alaska in no time , however I did not know it was coming from Pakistan, I have a pair of Trousers also from Pakistan and the leather is so thick I have to wear suspenders to keep them up but for a biker that is also a treasure, however again with our troops leaving out of Afghanistan the same day my Jacket left out of Pakistan I am greatly impressed but again I was emailed a warning to clean the jacket off in an Alcohol Water solution because of the Covid and it's Variant the Delta Viruses I am again impressed and these guys deserve a round of applause for the effort behind this Jacket as well as the Pakistani's who stitched it up , it is getting harder to laborers exhibiting this kind of skill here in the U.S. oh the Colors were immaculate no discoloration no blemishes no mars, scratches, weak spots, we could not have done as good a job even if we had disassembled the Jacket and used our leather. Kudo's. you guys.
