I ordered this jacket a month ago and it has still not shipped. Contacted customer service by email and phone and asked to cancel my order and have my payment refunded. All I am getting is the run around. Their customer service is terrible.

NOT THE JACKET OR THE QUALITY SHOWN NON THE ADVERTISEMENT ,,, I BOUGHT ONE AND THOUGHT IT WAS BAD BUT MAYBE IT WAS JUST A BAD RUN ,,,, SO I AND BOUGHT A DIFFERENT STYLE AND SAME TERRIBLE RESULT ,,,, REALLY BAD QUALITY ,,, NOTHING LIKE THE ONES IN THE ADVERTISEMENT ,,,

It took two weeks to get the jacket that came in a Benjamin Moore paint box, I returned the jacket because it did not fit. They received the jacket 19 days ago and still no refund. And no response from customer service. WORST experience ever. Do not waste your time...still no response. Do not believe any of the good reviews. But the negative ones are very accurate

This is the second jacket that I have ordered from this company. It is also the second time they sent me the wrong color that I wanted. With that being said both jackets were very nice and I decided to keep them even though they were not the color I wanted. I am not discouraging anyone from ordering with this company. What I would tell you if you see a jacket you like don’t order it online. There is a number for the company and I would tell you to speak to someone directly to get the jacket you want as the online orders haven’t worked, at least for me. Again they are amazing jackets and you won’t be disappointed by the quality.

I can't express how satisfied I am with the leather jacket I purchased and most importantly the customer service I received when my initial purchase was a little big and to my surprise they sent me a prepaid postage for the return and sent me out a replacement free of charge. This company's priorities are about customer satisfaction and I am a happy customer.

Communication was very good. I had to special order my length and my jacket came in nothing like the advertised pics, was not the worn look, nor the tapered fitted look, not sure if I’ll ever wear it now

I ordered the hand made leather backpack and it didn't come with the straps, instead it came with one pc of leather with belt hole in either side, can't attach to the top of backpack so i will bring it to a leather shop to see if they have anything to complete it. I paid $130.00 and am very disappointed that your product was sent out in this condition. The reason i bought a backpack in the first place is to travel on my motorcycle. After contact with Lexther and sending a photo they are sending a new backpack so the service department is a definate 5 star

I like the jacket but it feels a little short. I’m 6’4 and weigh 185. I bought an extra large because of sleeve length and that usually, almost always fits but this jacket feels short at the waist and I’m not sure how to fix that

Bought a 3xl jacket it did not fit. That was the largest they offered. I'm 6'7" so knew the fit might be iffy. Customer service told me to send jacket back, get measurements, and they would make me a custom jacket. They did exactly as they said, sent me a custom jacket that fit. Lexther went out of their way to satisfy me as a customer.

Received the jacket I ordered in a timely manner. It doesn’t fit me properly. And it’s not quite as I had expected it to look. So I am trying to return it. Waiting to hear from Lexther about how to return it.
