Jul 03,2024It’s very unlikely that you will get your deposit back. I had a terrible experience with the handling of my deposit. I've been waiting for over three months and had to initiate a dispute process (I didn't have any other option). Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid renting from this agency.

Her clear email about the break clause was particularly helpful. Amrita was also patient and gave me the space I needed to consider my options without any pressure or follow-up calls. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

Jun 28,2024It was fine-ish up until we vacated the property. There was a massive leak in the kitchen ceiling, which they promised to fix when moving in, obviously they never did that and apparently the previous tenant was told the same thing. We vacated the property TWO MONTHS ago and are still awaiting some of our deposit. A massive shout out to the woman who handed our case for NOT doing her job, keeps telling us, shell get back to us, fix the issue etc etc and then never responds, is always in a meeting and so on. Shes possibly the most inept employee Ive spoken to from this business. Would never recommend this agency to anyone, unless you like to fight the agency months after youve left and then start creating disputes to get the ball rolling. Time wasters

Noor has always been extremely precise, attentive and fast replying to all our enquiries and making sure the apartments were very well taken care. She has been amazing in helping with the sale of the property organizing very quickly a heat pump maintenance and everything needed for the keys handover.
