My experience with life residential is great, my manager Nicola Soper is very helpful and prefessioanl, she always replys email fast and comes up with good solutions.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! My Senior Property Manager Abi is always easily accessible, when needed, and she is always happy to assist outside of normal office hours and even working over the weekend to solve my property issues and to mitigate any inconveniences.

I am a property owner and I have Life Residential to help me manage the tenancy and property. The first few years was OK, not extraordinary service but at least responsible and responsive. However the latest two years have had a lot of problems. The tenant damaged things and went away. While I can totally understand this sometimes happens, the subsequent follow ups by Life Residential were terrible. Firstly, I found them mistakenly not buying rental insurance for us even though they have confirmed us they did. They had to repay us. Secondly, the initial deposit which we were supposed to have right to claim has gone nowhere - after 6 months of chasing, they all of sudden said they repaid us but we never received. They have been dragging the issue for 6 months, and their staff are unprofessional, messy and unresponsive. Now I am raising a complaint but even for complaint there's no one to answer! Never trust this property agency

Couple of communications from the company were a bit disorganised, but Claudio has been great - really helpful and responsive. Also appreciated the extremely thorough inventory report.

I had been always worried about having to deal with agents. To be fair, they have been always responsive, ready to assist and timely. They are very organized, professional and fair. My senior property manager is specific Nicola had been very patient with me and explained the end of tenancy process clearly and helped me get my full deposit back.

Rosita was very attentive and kept us updated about any issues we had while she was our property manager. She made sure any repairs that were needed were done in a timely fashion, and was truly a pleasure dealing with when any issues arose.

When we moved in the apartment we had several issues with the washing machine, bed, chairs, toilet, floor tiles, fire alarm etc. Almost three months now half of the issues are still unsolved. Since we moved in, our agent and property manager no longer work with the agency. But the funniest part is that the landlady inspected the property and said she was aware of these issues long time ago (all were listed in check-in list), paid the money and nothing has been repaired/replaced?!? She is almost in the same position as we are. But, we have to pay the full rent. We have no words for this agency, which was respectful back days! Never again!

Super fast responsiveness. Seamless dealing with the landlord. High quality of service. Our home life has unfortunately been ridden with problems with the setup, however Shruti and team has always stepped up to sort these issues seamlessly and pro-actively throughout 2022. This level of service gives us confidence to live a stress free life without having to worry about getting things done/ communication with the landlord/ scheduling servicing for appliances, cleaning, etc.

As a tenant for the past year, it has been mostly a good experience. The first property manager I had was always quick to respond to my emails and was very helpful. The second one, Casey, on the other hand, sent me an eviction notice in the middle of my tenancy by mistake. Got my move out date wrong by a month as well without any apologies. Property manager Jack was in charge of my move out and he has also been on point and addressed any concerns I had promptly.

I am Korean and it was my first living in the UK. From moving in to moving out, everything was not easy. Frankly speaking I have heard lots of things as to how difficult housing problem in the UK, and some of my friends told me very badly about landlord and UK property company. "they don't care about tenancy" "landlords are very greedy" Yes. they might be. However, at least, my experience was different. Jack Piggott, Senior Property Manager, always tried to help me as possible as he can. And he always reply to my question within 5 min. It made me really surprised. I have never met such a person who give answer so quickly, even in Korea and Japan. I think it means that he always concentrate on his work. Moreover when I found to leave my cell phone in the house due to the termination of contract, he was willing to help me find my cell phone. Thanks to his help, I can leave with good memory

Shruti Shrungarpure was really helpful for me when I contacted Life Residential regarding the release of my security deposit. She described me the pending docs that I had to submit & also assisted me over call.

As an overseas landlord living in China, I am very satisfied with LiFE Residential team's services. My property for letting in London has been under LiFE Residential team's management and maintenance for the last 9 years. The team provided me very timely and good services with most updated information about my property condition and any issue raised by the tenants. And, my current Property Manager, Miss Ilinca Ioanovici gave me very outstanding services. She responses my every email check or enquiry very quickly and timely. Also she helped me solve many issues of my property. For example, I asked for the EWS1 Certificate of my property. Miss Ilinca reverted me the scancopy right the day I sent the email to her. Anyway, I do appreciate the good services and help from Ilinca and her team members. Considering I am an overseas landlord, they do help me a lot.
