After I moved in the service keeps being perfect as I met with Rosita, who is the property manager for my flat and she takes prompt actions without any reminder, she is tackling all issues with dedication and a positive attitude.

Nov 16,2022Although I have a very bad experience with my first property manager at LiFE Residential, I am happy that, after some discussion with management, LiFE Residential has assigned me a new property manager - Abi Shanks. We are a tenant and have found issue of water leakages in the toilet and kitchen. Abi replied to our message immediately and provided us with a plumber as fast as she can. I am really happy to work with Abi. She is the most professional property manager I have ever seen. She replied to our emails within hours and help us fix lots of problems. Highly recommend LiFE Resiential and the property manager - Abi!

Nov 14,2022Abi Shanks as my property manager has been excellent and I couldn’t thank her enough for her continuous support during my tenancy renewal process. My landlord unfortunately has defaulted on their mortgage and I was instructed by the mortgage company to move out when I was about to renew my contract. After I was given the notice, Abi has been continuously helping me get updates from the landlord to understand the situation and what’s the best option for me. She provides professional advise and she responds to my emails/calls promptly. When things seemed to fall through, she also consulted citizen advice for me and helped me look for potential new property to stay through the contingency team. I really appreciate her help during a stressful period like this. The fact that she provided extra help made me feel I’m not in this situation alone and I’m genuinely thankful that she treated me not just as a customer, but also someone who needed help. I would definitely recommend life residential to my friends based on my experiences with Abi.

I can’t think of a single occasion where I’ve been left disappointed by them when I’ve had queries or issues. Definitely one of the best in the property management business! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
