Oct 31,2022Was tricky to get a long term non urgent issue sorted, we moved in and both the dishwasher and microwave weren't working properly and it took months to get them replaced. However, our property manager Darcey Nicholls was excellent in responding to an urgent issue when the whole flat's water went down and it was sorted within a day.

He was my property manager only for a short period, but when I contact him for the deposit refund, he always be kind, patient and supportive. He took actions vey quickly to help tenants!
