Highly recommend this service to any tourist wanting to get on with their holiday without worrying about how to fit in the mundane task of “laundry”! Yes, it’s more expensive than doing it yourself but “time is money” and the extra cost is well worth it! Thank you to the team at love2laundry.

Feb 09,2024Love2laundry love to lie and gaslit you. They will ruin your items, blame you for it, and ignore disability needs. They damaged and lost several items of mine. One particular item I asked to be compensated for, but they insisted on cleaning and repairing the damage they had done, though it took 9 months to agree to this. Then they had it for 11 days and it came back even more damaged and destroyed the second time. They could have warned me, but did not. They have no idea what they are doing. Their customer service agents and drivers will belittle you and insist any issues are not caused by them to get out of doing anything about their work. They lack accountability and will ignore requests to meet disability needs. This has caused damaged to my health and wellbeing and I deeply regret even trying to get compensation. I have tried other services like ihateironing and my local cleaners who have handled all items with care and concern, and not attempted to clean things they can't handle. Love2laundry will not do this. Do not give them your business.

Service has remained very good ever since: user-friendly website for online orders, excellent communication, reliable. On the rare occasions something was not perfect, they have always been constructive and cooperative to found appropriate solutions. I would definitely recommend Love2laundry!

Feb 05,2024The driver didn’t show up within the time frame. I was told he would be there within an extra hour, I still didn’t show up until an hour and a half later. Thankfully, they were nice enough to reschedule the pick up for later that night. When the driver finally showed up to pick up my laundry, he blamed it on me and asked me to be more “Committed” next time to my chosen time frame, even though I went the extra mile and waited as looong as I could AFTER my chosen time frame. He still didn’t show up. ????

Feb 05,2024Dreadful experience. Pickup was 90 mins late, drop off was 90 mins late. The whole point of the service is about convenience but that goes out the window when you have no clue as to when the driver is going to arrive

Feb 03,2024Gave them another chance after they damaged a pair of trousers during alterations, but now it seems they can’t dry clean items without causing damage. Two pairs of trousers returned, both of which had shrunk and been pressed incorrectly. Returned the newer pair to love2laundry for them to attempt to ‘stretch’ the trousers and they came back even smaller, so clearly they just dry cleaned the item incorrectly again. I have another pair of the same trousers which I’ve had cleaned with other dry cleaners who have had no problem cleaning without damage. I really wouldn’t trust love2laundry as they clearly are not vetting the local cleaners they use and are never willing to offer any sort of compensation for damage they cause. UPDATE - Love2Laundry have now refunded the cost of the trousers that were damaged. Undecided on whether I will try them again given the problems so far, but good to see a dry cleaning service own up to a mistake.

Feb 03,2024I decided to switch to Love2Laundry because my previous service provider started to wane in terms of quality. So far, glad I did. Quality of the laundry looks pristine. Collection and delivery worked flawlessly. Only recommendation I would give is, first, the need to update the app and make it a modern and slick interface, second, ensure the quality stays on top.
