Jul 10,2018Fab pool - can't get kids out of it! However, it was delivered to an address down the road with no note put through my door - had to ask around if any of my neighbours had seen it. Usual slack service from dodgy couriers!

Jul 07,2018Terrible service and quality. Received a pool that had holes in. Trying to get a replacement was a nightmare. It took so long the weather had changed so could not use it. When we went to use pool again they had sent us the wrong depth liner so nearly flooded the garden. They then apparently sent the correct liner which did not show up. I spoke to the courier service who had no record of it being sent. Told mad fun not to bother sending another one and asked for a refund. Got told they had up held their warranty and we were not able to get a refund. Absolutely discusted. Would not recommend them to anyone.
