The companies reassurance and continuity has been outstanding. They even telephoned after we had the playhouse installed just to make sure everything went to plan. May 03,2018Madfun would not deliver to my address, fine, understandable. When I organised my own courier to deliver Madfun failed to put my home address on the boxes meaning that courier rejected the delivery. After some phone calls and help from my courier we managed to get items home. I was also told that there were 2 boxes but it turned out to be 3(extra cost to me. Pleasant enough to deal with but could do better!

The pool arrived as expected and was very straightforward to put up. It is filled and ready for the sunshine - can’t wait to have a swim! Feb 06,2018ordered a large pool assembled it after it was full a tear appeared and flooded my garden and 3 of my neighbours gardens I approached mad fun they apologised and wanted to send another after this experience I said ill just have my money back after 2 weeks of the pool sitting here boxed up they arrived and picked up few days later they stated all of the products wasn't there its just an excuse to try and get away with your money after a couple of months arguing with these people they deducted a few hundred pounds of my initial payment I wouldn't bother with this company and look elsewhere for your products

Jul 07,2017madfun (not much fun ) thank you for your reply . a robust box ? no offence but i have been in the building game for 27 years and in my opinion a card board box is not a robusk box . it is flimsy and easily damaged as our cardboard box was . also as you mentioned we did contact you on the day the box was delivered and the box was badly damaged as you have agreed . we told you we would send you photos which we did and sent them to you by post . but surprise , surprise apparently you did not recieve the photos which in my opinion was a delaying tactic to get past your 14 day return policy . extremely sad to treat honest hard working people who just want to give there children a bit of fun this way . we waited for you to contact us when you recieved the photos but of course this was never going to happen . we will be taking legal advice and taking court procedings as your company is a joke and a disgrace . kind regards mr skinner

Jun 19,2017My order was not dispatched when it said it would be. I was not contacted to be informed of this. No one answers the phone and the live chat told me it's because they are too busy! Weren't too busy to take my money thou!! I asked to be refunded and was sent a copy of their refund policy which told me i had 14 days to return it once i had received it. But it hasn't even been dispatched!!!!! and the website clearly states 'If you cancel before your goods are despatched you will receive a full refund' Probably the worst service i have ever received ** I can't get a refund until it's confirmed my order has not been dispatched. But the reason I've asked for a refund is because the live chat told me my order hasn't been dispatch!!!*** Just when you thought the service couldn't get any worse!!!

Apr 28,2017DO NOT USE!! The trampoline we ordered was delivered in an appalling condition. Myself & my partner weren't home at the time, but there were three huge boxes. Two of them were split, with half the contents spilling out onto the driveway. All attempts at trying to get them to come out and take the item back have fallen on deaf ears. I'm now pursuing this through the small claims court and have contacted trading standards regarding the company..

Feb 22,2016Hi MadFun, Did a resonable amount of research online, and called a few. MedFun were very helpful on the phone and answered my questions with no pressure, so ordered there and then at 10.30am. Delivered at 8.30am the following morning, the old circular one dismantled and the new JumpKing 15' x 10' pod erected by midday!! The kids have not stopped bouncing with huge smiles - the 10 year old has a record of 8 back flips in a row that he is trying to beat! Excellent service and fabulous product....thank you Adam
