Oct 12,2023On the 1st time of ordering a pipe and coils, which should as in stock on the website, it turned out not to be in stock. I then ordered another pipe, with coil, and was contacted to tell me the second order was also out of stock and I asked to be sent an alternative, which looked great, but then fell apart (both magnetic tanks) I then ordered a different style pipe which also should as in stock and without any contact by phone or email, was refunded, leaving me waiting for it to be sent.
