Jan 13,2021Clunky slow website. Poor customer service (short 2 or 3 word responses on live chat.) They have a weekly bet club promotion, which I took part in one week, then was immediately banned from taking part in all promotions. Avoid completely. I could name literal dozens of competitors who are better in every measurable way (Ladbrokes, Unibet, Paddypower, Boylesports, Bet365, Coral, Virgin Bet, Sky Bet, Betfred etc.)

Jan 07,2021EDIT 08/02 - I completed their "welcome bonus" and lost both my "welcome" bet and free bet. This was totally fine, but then the following week I completed their promotion for "free bet club", again I lost 4/5 of my bets, but this time at least I won one! Then received an email the following day saying I have been BANNED from all promotions and the free bet club. I didn't realise winning one small bet would justify banning me - absolutely ridiculous company, they just want to take your money obviously, just use bet365. Dan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to solve my problem. I would recommend MansionBet and will be using them as my main betting site after this really great experience.

Jan 06,2021AVOID THIS SITE Don't even think it warrants 1 star, misread the T&C's for the free bet, asked for bet to be voided prior to it starting to redo to then be eligible, most bookmakers are capable of doing this, this one passed me around different agents until it was too late. Fair enough my fault for not reading properly. Bets then disappear from open bets once first selection won, nothing showing in settled bets, no access to the bet I placed Probably the worst live chat experience of my life, instead of helping you they just end the chat, thanks 'Cyrill' still no idea if I will receive winnings if it wins or if I will get a reply to email. Laughable

Jan 05,2021Absolute disgrace off a company. They was happy to take my money . Lost 3grand in a week . Following week won 3grand so still no up overall and restricted my account to £50 max bet . Stay well clear folks !!!!!

Jan 04,2021MUST READ IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP Be careful with their free bets terms and condition as Free Bets cannot be used on the same event or for duplicate selection. There is a lot of feedback about this already on Trustpilot and I found this out when my winnings were reduced to the first bet. This needs to be made a lot more clearer, or have their system to restrict the bet from happening as a lot of customers will fall foul of this. In my opinion, please take your custom elsewhere and avoid this betting website. They should be reported for having such practices.

Jan 02,2021Worst gambling experience ever! Any slot game with red tiger means crashing every 1 to 5 go’s & loosing everything! Never even got the bonus rounds in these games & spent a lot trying too. . . I did however decide that enough was enough, so I began to record gameplay to prove to people that this MansionBet is basically a thief. I will forward my recordings to whoever wants them. I have 5 recordings. . . Then there’s the fact that I asked for my account to be closed a week ago! (Again - yes I have email evidence of this!) There is no safe gambling restrictions within the site to allow you to limit deposits, daily limits or anything else!!! This site needs to be shut down because they’re worse than scumbag thieves!!!

Dec 31,2020Took up the new customer offer and because I used the free bets I got my account restricted from any offers..... Don't offer a promotion if you don't actually want customers to use it. Maybe if I had lost the money and not turned a profit they would have been happier. What a stupid company. Lost business, good job!

Dec 31,2020They like to abuse the fact that they reserve the right to withdraw their offers at any point for any reason just look at the other reviews on here and you'll see what I mean. If you are looking for a bookie that actually values you as a customer I would look elsewhere to the likes of Paddypower, WilliamHill & Skybet as they will shower you with boosts, bonuses and free bets as well as often better odds.
