Dec 23,2020Awful company. They use offers to entice you in then a couple of days later send you an email withdrawing your right to any offers, bonuses etc "after a review of your account." So-called customer support completely ignore your emails asking for an explanation, like it's acceptable to defame someone's character by implying they're dodgy when they've done NOTHING wrong! Will stick to Ladbrokes in future where I always get great service. And don't bother replying to this with the same scripted robotic response that everyone else is getting. It's just a show for the public, if you genuinely cared you'd respond to the emails people send to you rather than ignoring them! EDITED TO ADD - I asked you not to bother with your automated responses yet here you are with the same old patronising nonsense about your T&C's. As clearly stated in my original review I have already emailed your so called customer service on a number of occasions. These emails are still awaiting a response as it seems to be your policy to ignore them. It's not a problem to me as I'm just happily continuing to give my money to Ladbrokes, William Hill and Paddy Power when I'm betting. It's you who's losing out due to your woeful customer service, not me.

Dec 18,2020This site I just signed up on and have had the best of luck with my slot games and sports betting. I went through the cash out and yes it takes longer and it takes time for them to review the documents that’s it’s you and your bank account but others then that it has being a really good experience. People have patience with them this is a Alsome site and top notch software. Thank you and I hope people can read this and feel good about this experience with this site. Cederdick

Dec 12,2020Terrible, like so many on here I overlooked the fact that separate free bets cannot be used on a same event( they were both for the same team to win). Most bookies have no issue with this. It is buried in the small print, but not under the "significant" terms Basically a trap Ps : fu*k you with your automated replies

Dec 11,2020I was originally scammed out of £100 in winnings...foolishly I let it go only to be scammed again whilst they cancelled a winning section. I've started legal proceedings and closed my account. Scammers. Edit. Not sure about your reply. I've emailed 16 times as I need the reason for legal representation why you cancelled a winning section. You haven't replied once.

Dec 10,2020Wow MansionBet is such a scam Try to attract new customers with there signup offer and as soon as you meet the requirement they find excuses such as "Unfortunately you cannot claim the bonuses as our system detects another account related to yours. Please mind that, as stated in the T&Cs of the offer, it's limited to one per person, IP address, device, household, payment details and e-mail address. Thank you for your understanding." When you asked further explanation they are not able to give you more. This is so easy to hide behind a T&Cswhile I'm 100% certain I never signup to this website before... Please avoid they seems dodgy.

Dec 09,2020Strongly recommend not using MansionBet. Signed up on Sunday, was verified online so I could start gambled. I made a bet of decent size for the day. I logged in later that night to check my winnings as it had come in. MansionBet had blocked me from accessing my account. No email or phone call to say why. It is now Wednesday. They confirmed i was blocked so they could verify me with documentation. This was all sent across Monday. It is now Wednesday, no one is responding to me as I chase them via email. I have essentially been blocked from accessing my large sum of money and am not getting any responses. What's funny is you cannot access the live chat function unless you are logged in. So by them blocking me out of my account, I have to use email, and therefore this gives them the chance to ignore customers for longer periods of time. Now I've read reviews here, I can see I'm not the only one on the receiving end of such bad service. I am praying they are not a scam company. Not holding my breath. REPLY: I notice you have replied on here to give people here the impression you are helping, however I have emailed you everyday since Monday and you haven’t responded to me. It’s now 5 days since you blocked me out my account with all my money in it. What do you have to say to that?

Dec 06,2020really bad, stay away at all costs. I like many have had an account for a while and all going well, I had a nice win £290 and tried to withdraw, I like others have to submit documents policies I get but it took 5 days to ask me, the rest of the time I was being fobbed off, I uploaded all the docs and then because my bank card was lost and I had a new one I have to get in touch with my bank and try to get them to show I have changed my card. They have the new one, the whole way through the attitude was about not paying and hoping I went away, the company and customer service is a sham. my online name is lcwilson79 for when they respond with we cant find you. This is an update after 9 days and a lot of work i worked with a gentleman called Dan and managed to get all of the issues sorted, the incident was problematic but i am posting to show Mansion bet have worked with me to get the problem sorted

Had an account for a number of months made numerous deposits and withdrawals and everything going fine then suddenly stopped paying out my withdrawals and asked me to send in various documents to get the money owed. Having followed the process and sent in all the documents. Still not paying the funds that are owed to me and looking on here it would appear that I’m not the only customer with this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They did contact me but I left the company following this

Customer service is abolishment. PLEASE GO TO A RECOGNISED BETTINGBSITE : CORAL,PADDYPOWER, LADBROKES this is a online only betting site with no assets of its own a virtual store from backing slot machines .. Take take take. All wins payed as a refund If you even get one ??? So MasterCard users beware you will not be refunded back to your card .also looking on trust pilot I'm one of many .. they should be reported on gambling commission site for false representation and payout irregularities.

After this I was immediately notified that I will no longer receive promotional offers. What is the point in offering promotions, if you then get penalised for using them!? Does not make any sense.

Dec 01,2020Mansion bet is a small time scam betting company. They offered free bets when joining and betting £10. I placed my free bets without question. When the bets came off, they emailed me to say they would keep the winnings. I will use a proper betting company in future. I advise anyone who enjoys a good daily gamble to stay away from Mansion Bet.

Nov 28,2020So I reviewed this site previously and I'll give a more detailed response because it's clear that they're still doing the same corrupt things. Have you ever joined a site which promises free bets and gives it all in one, so you put it on the one game? Apparently that's not allowed when it's in multiples. So they let me get excited about the winnings, but then took it away. I mean I lost £80 because of this so of course I'm not happy whent they could have cancelled it at any time. Nope. They just want to wait until you win and try to withdraw. Nevermind the joke about getting verified which takes forever, they use any excuse to stop free bets and to limit winnings. If you don't believe this, it's your loss. But would you trust a company which is getting investigated for breach of rules? Encouraging big spending even when someone is on a losing streak. You can search the story yourself, mine was thankfully rather small. Oh and when they read reviews, you get a generic response probably from a bot or someone who just doesn't care.

Nov 24,2020Placed 3 bets on a horse race and account showed zero money, implying all 3 bets were placed, they cancelled 2 of the bets and both were at the higher odds. Now claiming only one bet was placed which was the last of the 3 to be put on and the shortest odds. Awaiting response from trading team which no doubt they will deny any knowledge of the matter. Disgraceful firm taking bets and then returning the stake when i the custimer clearly seen the avvount showing all 3 bets having been placed.

Nov 21,2020I felt inclined to provide a review for this company following reading so many negative reviews which put the fear in me regarding some of my withdrawals. I can obviously only document my own personal experience thus far. So I opened an account and got the free bets as advertised. I tend to use free bets on wild odds bets as they are free and you never know right? I didn’t win any money from them but had no issues getting them. I bet away for a few weeks winning some and losing some, had no issues with withdrawals ranging from £10 to £200 and they were in my bank in a more than reasonable time frame. I then hit it lucky with a Yankee on the horses which returned just over £1400, and a couple of other bets on the same day which meant I had around £1750 pending withdrawals. At this point they asked for proof of id, address and bank card. First time I had ever actually been asked for this but I had no problem providing. A day after providing the info I joined a live chat and they were able to confirm then that I had been verified and withdrawals would be released. They were in my bank a day or 2 later, no issues. A week and a half later I landed another ridiculous horse bet, all 6 winners on a Heinz as well as a trixie which led me to withdraw £5200. 2 days after withdrawal it was still pending. At this point I read reviews on the company and genuinely started to panic that they were going to somehow screw me out of the biggest win by a long way that I have ever had. Again I joined a live chat, unfortunately it took 3 advisors 30mins to tell me for large withdrawals it may take 5-10 days. At this stage instead of buzzing about my win I was genuinely anxious that somehow I was going to miss out on my winnings but I had to let it play out, expecting to have to go on live chat again and ask further questions. To my delight I checked my emails prior to work this morning and bingo, email for confirmation of withdrawal. I was buzzing. Only 4 days after actually landing the bet. I guess I’m writing this, not to big up the company, I do think there is room for improvement, but writing it more to put people at ease that if they have had a big win it looks like they do payout in a timely manner with no real issues bar the ID checks. So don’t get stressed if you hit a winner, follow the process and as far as my experience, it will land in your bank as quick as most of the other bookies.

Nov 17,2020To be honest I came on here yesterday when I noticed my withdrawal requests weren't processed as these process usually within an hour or two and it had been the whole day nearly. The reviews here made me sceptical and very worried and I even considered going back to another betting site due to the bad reviews. Come to today and I came online with a guy called Dan.B (B for brilliant) and for over two hours he assisted me with my query and chased two departments to help me get the issue resolved. Turns out I had to add more documentation as my original ones expired. He stayed in the chat the whole time and chased everyone to get it done as quickly as possible and even prioritised my query so that once the documents were all handed in they were checked instantly and once this was done I got texts from bank saying my withdrawals had reached my bank. Earlier than what they usually do. Honestly rather than leaving this site I'll be using this as my main site due to this one kind,helpful guy. Honestly they may not be a bet365 or sky bet but if their customer services agents are all like dan.b then this place is the place to be if you ever need help and to be treated like a person of worth.
