Stay away. Ensure you read ALL the small print. As the at the very bottom it says you cannot use the free bets on the same event. (but will allow you to place them on the same event) very poor. They then deducted my whole balance without even leaving a message in the inbox. Very clever from them, but also crafty and seems a bit of a trick. All seems a bit suspect. I'd stay away.

MansionBet seems like an appalling and incompetent operation. Firstly their website does not seem to work as intended, it was problematic in three different browsers. They also advertise an app on Google Play which does not seem to exist. However, I did eventually manage to sign up, open an account and take them up on their free bet offer. I should have realised that the earlier discrepancies were an indication of further possible dissatisfaction and why not to use MansionBet. Having accepted the free bets I placed them all on the same selection, which went on to win. When I attempted to withdraw the winnings, only a quarter of them were paid out and the remaining three quarters were deducted. Presumably this was because as I later discovered, the free bets can't all be placed on the same selection. If this is the case, then why do they allow you to do this? From reading the reviews on this website and the fact that MansionBet have responded to them, I am left wondering why they allow it to continue? It seems like further evidence of a shoddy operation. To make matters worse, everytime I attempt to contact their customer service helpline, it puts you on hold and then cuts out after about three minutes. Overall, a frustratingly poor and incompetent company and I would advise everyone to steer clear. If I can ever get in contact with them, I will be closing my account.

pretty nice site and easy to bet with. i joined because they had a really good promotion for new members. my free bet came off but i unfortunately didn't read the small print saying all bets must be on different events so they took the half of my winnings. personally wont use them again because I feel a little cheated but otherwise would recommend

MansionBet is the worst bookie I have ever used. Awful experience and customer service. Used three free bets on the same selection, as it allowed me to place them with no prompt that it wasn't allowed (as I later found out). My bet that I placed had won and upon trying to withdraw the money an amount was deducted and I received a third of the winnings. MansionBet uses a sly term stated in their terms and conditions for the use of the free bet which states that they cannot be used on the same selection, but allows users to place anyway, so if their selection wins, they can take most of it and hit them with a ban of future promotions. I even admitted my innocent error and asked if I could have the promotions ban lifted as I had enjoyed my experience until this occurred, in which I was told I couldn't. Overall poor customer service and a very sly company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

PEPPY0220. I have just been reading through the reviews on here about MansionBet and cannot believe that the negative,(and nasty,) reviews are about the same betting firm that I am dealing with. I found MansionBet to be the best company I have ever bet with, seriously. Only signed up with them last Friday, I was lucky enough to have a few winning bets, and requested 4 or 5 withdrawals, totalling about €1600, couldn’t believe it...the cash was in my account overnight,! And this at weekend..never been paid out so quickly before with ANY betting company. 5 stars from me, and I am NOT ass licking..just speak as I find. MansionBet is fine by me, thanks. C.McC

I have more than £400 on my account. They won’t let me log in. Access denied is the error message. I have emailed them, never got a reply, I am calling everyday all they say is my account is under review. It was not under review when I deposited money. Avoid, this is a scam! I really hope I will see my money again! They will probably reply asking me to email or call which is what I do everyday since a week now!!!!

I won £120 from their free bets, but instead of being nice about it (Yes if I had the payment voided only I would of accepted it). Instead I had this message (bet I wouldn't of got it if I had lost) ..... Dear Darren, We write to inform you that, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the “Bet 10 Get 20” promotion, your activity in relation to this promotion has breached applicable terms relating to bonus abuse. The terms breached in your use of the Free Bet reward are as follows: - Free Bets cannot be used on the same event or for duplicate selections. - Free Bets cannot be used to cover multiple selections in the same event, for example using all 4 Free Bets to cover different selections in a horse race. As a result of betting this way please be aware that, in accordance with relevant Promotional T&Cs, your Free Bets have been voided, together with any winnings derived from those Free Bets. MansionBet offers bonuses and promotions for the enjoyment of genuine customers engaging in normal betting conduct, and reserves the right to offer or revoke access to promotions at its sole discretion in order to protect itself from activity that is designed purely to exploit a promotion or bonus. Scammers! After using their promotion i won £90( £90 yeah).I have withdrawn the money and 2 days later i got a notification that £45 have been deducted for manual spots winnings. Took it to they customer service to be told that a manager took that decision and it's irreversible and then cut me off the chat. Absolutely appalling customer service and way to treat your customers. If for £90 you doing that i would definitely avoid this company for big bets. Scammers!!!

Got to add my voice to the others reporting bad experiences. Signing up was a nightmare, I won my bet on the uefa final but then couldn't use my free bet (or even bet cash!) because "max winnings £1" restriction had been applied to my account without them telling me. Avoid.

I received various promotions from MansionBet via email etc. After opting in and attempting these promotions I received an email stating I was no longer eligible for promos and that it was not up for discussion or review and gave no reason as to why! Contacted Live Chat and they clearly stuck to a prewritten script and kept repeating that it was not up for review. Terrible company and appalled at this decision because I did nothing wrong, avoid betting with them as they will exploit and tempt you with promotions and then claim you are not eligible.

An article in (igamingbusiness - June 2020) says that Mansion Bet are currently being investigated by the Gambling Commission and AFC Bournemouth Football Club have withdrawn their sponsorship deal with them distancing themselves from Mansion Bet... Misleading customers - deposited £10 and never received the £20 free bets as advertised like other betting sites will provide after the bet is settled. Avoid at all costs as per the long list of negative reviews stated on Trust Pilot.

I know a lot of reviews about this company are in relation to gaming and bonuses but allow me to tell you how deceitful they are in the art of ripping off customer on regular bets. This morning I placed a bet on a match which was shown to be 7 minutes old, my bet was specific to goals in the first half. Almost immediately after my bet was placed and accepted, the market was suspended. I jumped across to bet365 only to see that the match was not 7 minutes old it was half time. Mansion bet was now showing my bet as a loser and they were busily correcting the market. I've taken snapshots which prove beyond doubt this was a Mansionbet error. It happens, no big deal, void bet? A quick chat would resolve this? You would think but no! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ivan, a man who had clearly been taught that the customer is always wrong. Without offering to look into the matter he told me it was my responsibility not theirs, that the match they were betting on, on their platform which showed the match as being only 7 minutes old and were taking bets that 'could only be losers for the customer'. Their traders corrected the markets, which means they knew it was wrong but still took my money and refuse to refund. This isn't hours after the event its within 5 minutes. I think most gamblers can accept when they get beaten bookies but when the bookie puts up fake markets and refused to refund when caught out. That is disgraceful. They have affiliations with English football clubs in the Premiership and Championship, I will be making the clubs, their supporter fan groups and Premiership and Championship FAs for comment and views on a company that acts this way. I am yet to make enquiries as to whether this activity is illegal but I will be reporting Mansionbet to the Gambling Commission. Once my complaint with Mansionbet is complete, I will do what you good people have done and share my experiences across all social media to cause as much damage as possible. You can't have an honest bet with Mansionbet so at all costs avoid! You would think making up markets to trap customers was a thing of the past. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I opened an account with Mansion to bet on HorseRacing; I don’t think I ever used the casino or bet on other sports I had an account for 5-6 weeks and found them Ok; I only closed the account (self excluded) because they prevented me depositing until affordability checks were completed which were not worth my effort (ie. Getting Directors renumeration docs etc) I probably punted about £100k; made 5 or 6 deposits totalling £10k; and 6 or 7 withdrawals totalling £14k (ie. £4k profit). The main negative is that each withdrawal is reviewed, taking 2 to 3 days, before being sent to the bank – but all my withdrawals were processed and, once reviewed, in my bank the next day. The site lets you back to win about £1500 on UK racing on the show market (I don’t bet early prices/antepost); bigger bets get sent for manual authorisation – some get through, others don’t; which can be irritating. I had absolutely no problem with free bets so I’m unsure where some of the grievances in other reviews come from. You get a loyalty bonus each Monday. Having emptied my account I got my £50 loyalty and a £25 free bet. I could not make deposits at this point but I played the £75 and won about £1300 and was paid – no problems. I then asked why I couldn’t make deposits and was told affordability checks had to be performed but was given a £500 free bet while I got my docs together (I didn’t even ask for the free bet). I played this £500 up to £9000+, lost £5k and withdraw the other £4k+. Again, was paid no problem. So overall, site is good for horseracing; I never got knocked back at upto £1500; Odds are a bit below the exchanges (but not the worse); not BOG on all races; Free bets and weekly loyalty bonus are good; Withdrawals take 2-3 days to be reviewed (I guess it’s an internal business process) – shame about affordability being so intrusive (but that shows responsible gambling is adhered to by Mansion) otherwise I’d still be using them

Bad advertising, poor customer service. Unresponsive to emails. Long waiting times in chat rooms. Signed up for 100% match bonus, deposited through PayPal using Uk debit card, no bonus, contacted CS, answered repeatedly “should have read small print” then encouraged me to make another deposit to receive my bonus. Should write to the football clubs they sponsor and send them a link to all these reviews, this many people can’t all be wrong. Disgusting

Signed up to this site and took advantage of their sign up offer, "bet £10, get 4 x £5 freebets". I bet £10 and won £31. I then bet my 4 £5 freebets and they lost. I then cashed out my money and later received an email to say my account will not be receiving promotions and bonuses anymore. I literally won £21 and my bet back and they've thrown their dummy out the pram. Wow
