Apr 14,2023McAfee Institute is a highly professional learning organization. I just finished an outstanding course, Certified Expert in Cyber Investigations (CECI), which encompasses many disciplines in the Cyber world relevant to fighting criminal activity and understanding intelligence functions (and a whole lot more!). The instructors were outstanding, the course material was easy to learn and some of the research you conduct during the course assists you in the learning process. I cannot say enough good things about McAfee Institute or the instructors/course material. What I learned can literally be applied in any investigative job or position. It was a rewarding experience to pass the examination and obtain the certifications!

When presented the obstacle of my inability to access the invoice through the email sent; Cassie sent the invoice directly to me via chat, ensuring that the document was received. lastly, Cassie remained open to a few remaining questions I had and provided expert level responses, eliminating any confusion.
