I am still waiting my refund. It took 30 seconds to charge my credit card and take my funds but 30 days to process my refund? Why just because I selected the wrong course?? BUYER BEWARE!

Getting a certificate covered through my institution's credentialing assistance program involves working through a lot of red tape. Leah, the McAfee representative who helped me through the process, was invaluable in helping to facilitate the request. I have yet to complete the course but I am assured that if I need assistance, the people at McAfee are willing to help. Big shout out to Leah!

In my opinion this course is a big waste of money. The course took less than 1/2 an hour to get through (with readings). You can get much more specific and in-depth training from doing a quick internet search. Charging $30 for a very short and generic "course" is wrong.

Content is okish but I'd not recommend it, there is sth very weird. They don't check anyone's eligibility. It looks like is only about money, once you pay you can have immediate access. What are the eligibility requirements? Bachelor’s degree or higher plus four years of experience in e-commerce, fraud, investigations, IT, law enforcement, forensics, criminal justice, law, and loss prevention Or associates degree plus six years of experience OR High school diploma or equivalency plus seven years of experience. Also, a person convicted of a felony, any crime of moral turpitude or misdemeanor relating to honesty, theft, embezzlement, fraud, or the like shall be ineligible to become a...
