Oct 06,2020I was very happy with the service provided by Laz and Lynne at Money Sprite.. throughout the whole process of arranging my mortgage (as a first-time-buyer -querying how much I could potentially borrow, right through to completion of house purchase). My Initial meeting was friendly and informative and they took the time to check the options available, explain them to me, and answer all my questions (no matter how simple sounding / silly they were!) There was no feeling of a “sales push” in any way... which I liked. They were open and honest about how they operate, what they do, and what they get when a client completes. Once I had found a property I contacted Laz again for further help and advice on how the market had changed / and my new options, and we agreed on a suitable mortgage provider. They completed the application on my behalf very quickly and were spot on with keeping me informed on the next stages... they continued to be helpful and patient in answering any further queries I had really quickly. No complaints at all. They made the mortgage side of buying a house stress-free and easy, and I will be back again when the time comes to do it again!

Sep 30,2020Can't recommend MoneySprite highly enough! We began our property & mortgage search at the beginning of the year with Stuart who was so helpful and gave us some great advice. Lockdown hit so our property search came to a grinding halt. Once restrictions began to be lifted we started looking again, we found our dream first home quite quickly and so got back in touch with MoneySprite. This time we were appointed Brinda who couldn't have been more helpful. We were able to secure a fantastic rate mortgage thanks to Brinda's contacts and she guided us brilliantly through the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We have now moved into our first home and absolutely love it, if and when it comes time to move we would not hesitate in using MoneySprite again. Thank you so so much!

Brinda has been amazing during our remortgage always contactable even for silly questions and the service has been second to none given the current circumstances. Sep 25,2020Highly recommend Moneysprite we've used them for the last five years during two house moves and two remortgages, first working with James Jenkins and more recently Jo Barfoot. They make it all so straight forward not giving a hard sell but instead just helpful, honest advice which is really refreshing. During our most recent move Jo was always happy to help and communication was second to none happy to answer any questions throughout the whole process. They really do go the extra mile to seek out the best rates and products too for your specific circumstances. I have recommended Moneysprite to two family members for their house moves who both have had an excellent service too. Top marks Moneysprite and many thanks for all your help over the years!

Sep 18,2020I have used Laz Doel from MoneySprite twice now and have always been pleased. The service initially won me over by coming to my house and being a free service. This made it easy and convenient for me. When I initially approached London and County which was recommended to me, they wanted me to go on a bad mortgage deal due to a low credit score. After discussing with Laz, he reached out to the Post Office and discussed with an contact he had. They concluded that my low credit score was only low due to long time ago problems and it shouldn't cause any issues with this. Low and behold I got onto one of the best mortgage deals at the time, and I was more than delighted being able to not go on a specialist mortgage broker. I did have many issues going into this last remortgage as the solicitors and solar panel company dragged there heels between each other. I reached out to Lynne Sawyer who jumped on to it straight away, which I believe genuinely cared about the outcome of getting this completed within time. I definitely will be using the service again, considering its free, the assistance and help I got which I felt was way beyond what I expected from this type of service. I even had a few emails where she was on annual leave and followed up with me! This is a stressful time for most people, but having a good mortgage broker will make it a lot easier. Highly recommended.

From the start of the process and meeting to discuss how everything worked and straight in to finding the best mortgages around when all you could see in the media was mortgage turmoil. In every step following, as soon as a problem was encountered, Justine was simply a phone call away and there to guide throughout with experience and the ability to calm any worry. I would thoroughly recommend to anybody.

Oct 14,2020James Berry is the man. I got stitched up royally by threshold mortgages, ditched me mid way through my house buy. If I didn’t find James I’d have lost £1000 as I had spent that on solicitors fees just before threshold stitched me up. James sorted it all out and was very efficient, l couldnt thank him enough. I’d recommend him to everyone !
