Sep 01,2020My mortgage application got a little involved with potential if the property being revalued by the mortgage company at a lower price and the attached current account which I didn’t know the details of. James took the time to explain things in detail which would help out people who haven’t had much experiences of mortgages. He stated on the phone til after 6pm with technical teams and business contacts at the bank trying to resolve issues that came up. He didn’t give up and pushed for best position for me. Well done and Thankyou.

Aug 26,2020Due to the current climate the mortgage product we needed was difficult to pin down, however James and Chloe managed to get this and chased the lender regularly until it went through, James also helped us with our life insurance. James Berry made the process less stressful and I couldn’t recommend him enough!
