Jul 07,2023He montado varias veces en el catamarán de Mundo Marino, la última en la verbena de San Juan. Personal experto y muy amable. El capitán siempre sabe colocar el barco en el mejor lugar (desembarco Legión, fuegos artificiales). El personal de tierra es muy atento y preocupado por resolver cualquier incidencia. Jul 05,2023Nunca subi al Catamaran ya que me enviaron los tickets al día siguiente del.dia que tenía reservado. Llamo para reclamar y no se hacen cargo, ni me devuelven mi dinero, ni los tickets para subir en otra ocasión siendo que el fallo ha sido de mundo marino. Una estafa.

Jun 17,2023This was our first experience with mundomarino. We (me, my daughter and my grandson 12 years) had booked the "Catamaran sailing with bathing” from Calpe and looked so much forward for that, since we had read a lot of positive comments on trustpilot. Five minutes before leave - the boat seemed full, since all the 6 nets were full - not with 6 adults (as allowed) -but at least 7 in each net. Just before leaving a big group of around 50 kids in the age around 10 - 12- and their leaders, boarded. We were very surprised - but it was no problem at first, since they stayed at the back of the catamaran. It was a wonderful afternoon, and we were all looking forward to 2 wonderful and relaxing hours on the sea. When the boat stopped for people to swim in the sea - everybody wanted to jump in the water and all the kids came out to jump too. The kids were really having a funny time. They were happy, laughing, shouting, screaming, excited - and all wanted to jump in the water and have a swim. They were standing in row, jumped and came up to repeat several times. They were having a wonderful time and lots of fun - But all the rest of the guests - which was around 48 I guess - they quickly gave up trying to get in the water. Everything was SO noisy, not at all nice - and on top of it all - there was the most terrible techno "music" playing very noisy in the loudspeakers. My daughter and grandson who don’t like to jump in the water, but wanted to walk down the stairs - gave up since there was constantly someone climbing up the stairs. It was simply impossible to get in the water - and much too crowded. This continued all the time we were anchored. We were sitting paralyzed of all the noise and all the kids on the boat. What should have been a real adventure as mundomarino says - turned into a real nightmare. It was really terrible and I don’t think we will ever repeat this another time. What we thought was going to be a cozy afternoon on the ocean in the lovely sun and swim became a fiasko. I don’t blame the kids for having fun and a lovely day - but I can surely blame mundomarino for making this trip include this group - in stead of making a special tour only for them, which would have been much better for everyone. They should never have been on board with other customers. It was also far too many people on board, when everybody wants to get in the water and the only way to get onboard again - was by the one staircase there was. It’s not everyone who likes to jump in the water - but on this tour it was the only way to get in. I am so sorry that we had this bad experience - and will never recommend it to anyone we know. Dont mix a big group of kids with your other customers (and dont play loud techno noise - if you want to make it a nice trip for everyone).

Oct 23,2022Het was geweldig! Leuke muziek en lekker drinken aan boord. En een prachtige zee met zonsondergang. We werden verrast met heel veel dolfijnen die we in de verte zagen zwemmen. Neem we een vestje of trui mee. Was best fris.

Aug 12,2022Muy bonito el paseo en catamaran desde Jávea. Totalmente recomendable no solo porque la zona es muy bonita y la bajo es agradable para navegar todos los días del año, pero también por la calidad del servicio y la embarcación que merece la pena conocerla es un barco muy ancho y todo abierto alrededor.

Aug 11,2022I’ve been on boats before, but nothing like this daysail catamarans. The deck is huge and the crew is really experienced taking us to the most beautiful islands to anchor; swim and have a good barbecue onboard 👍

Jul 20,2022Hicimos una excursión en familia desde dénia para pasar el día en el mar con un catamaran Eran las fiestas de dénia y pensábamos que estaría muy lleno pero tienen muchos barcos y nos recomendaron este tour, que fue una maravilla Por 55€ nos dieron de comer además de poder navegar y bañarnos en la cal blanca de Jávea Muy recomendable, ya hemos reservado para repetir con unos amigos a final del verano otra vez

We had tickets bought and confirmed in advance and arrived to go on a catamaran tour and were told at the ticket booth at the port that the boat was broken so there would be no excursion. We rescheduled and paid a surcharge for an upgrade in 2 weeks time. We rang 3 times to confirm if the trip was going ahead and were told they couldn't confirm and they would "call us later". Finally 2 hours before the departure we rang again and they confirmed the trip was cancelled. When asking for a refund they refused to refund the surcharge citing 'force majeure' as if having a broken boat and continuing to take reservations was out of their control. They claim to have refunded the Smartbox coupon we used (like groupon), but Smartbox are unaware of that or have not processed it yet. I don't know if it's because we got a discount through Smartbox or if they treat all customers like this.... Even if the boat was really broken, the situation could have been handled much better and the service was terrible. They are no longer answering calls.

Apr 14,2018En una montañita, junto a Benidorm, con la mas frondosa, espectacular y variada vegetacion y jardineria, con vistas y vistas al mar y a Benidorm, VIVEN MUY FELICES, en instalaciones amplias que reproducen SUS HÁBITATS y bien cuidados y alimentados, con tal felicidad que muchos interactuan con los niños, en total un centenar de ESPECIES SOCIABLES de animales, de tierra y mar. Los visitantes, están allí por su cariño a los animales refrendado en lo pagado por entrar, los los tratan con delicadeza y cariño. Los empleados, 90% chicas, están muy a la altura. El restaurante es tan agradable en todo, que a veces solo voy a MUNDOMAR a comer, cito a CARMEN, pero son 150, ideales como ella. Es pues un MUNDOMAR"AVILLOSO".

Jul 08,2023Virginia, la persona que atiende, muy descortés y antipática. Intenté hacer una reserva telefónicamente y como tardaba en decidirme me indicó que me diera más prisa que tenía mucha faena en ventanilla. Me trató muy mal. Por supuesto no hice la reserva.
