Avevo un problema con la ricerca della prenotazione dei voli, acquistati attraverso Travel Advantage, sul sito della compagnia aerea e ho contattato il support. Gabriela è stata bravissima, mi ha mandato una mail con tutti i passaggi che dovevo fare e ho potuto risolvere velocemente. Fantastico!

Je n'ai jamais eu un support comme celui ci ! que ce soit par téléphone, par mail ou le chat en ligne, ils sont d'une réactivité à toutes épreuves ! ils sont vraiment incroyables, super sympas, et surtout très pertinents ! je recommande cette société, cette compagnie les yeux fermés

I am so impressed with how efficient MWR Life Customer Service is! I had to contact them twice today via live chat, once in the morning and once in the evening UK time. I needed help with errors I had made with my account, both times an agent had responded to me within 3 minutes and resolved my problems quickly and efficiently. Thank you for such a great service!
